not refunding the deposit

My complain is against You telecom India pvt ltd, Ahmedabad. They are not refunding my deposit (Rs.2000, paid on 23/11/07) which I paid for the modem. I had applied for closing account in 2nd week of Jan'09. They are not closing my account and not even responding to any emails sent to their Nodal officer (Shriram Karjagi) and Appellate Authority (Manoj Nair). I had sent 5 emails to both the authorities. I am an frustated customer of You telecom. I had taken this company broadband connection 3 years back, but due to very poor service I had terminated the connection on 18 feb 08. and as per the rules of the company i had paid all the outstanding bills including submission of modem and adapter on termination of connection. But company at baroda office are making various excuses for delay of refund. and yesterday...
