This Bharat Kapoor doesn't have any work to do..he is using my name to create fake testimonials...Its one of the worst child care centre...They charge Rs15, 000 one time registration fees which is not refundable and Rs 6, 700 monthly fees.

Staf[censored]se the milk for tea in the afternoon which they go one by one to the kitchen to have...then after they mix the water to the milk and give it to the children...Rat runs in the basement...staff engage in chit chat...they charge 1.10 Lac per annum for this service..They give fake reports to the IBM to continue their association.

I have put my son 8 months ago with a lot of hope but I am very upset with the kind of treatment given to the kids by teachers. They keep changing the staff so often that kids feel lost at times. The assistant teachers are very harsh on kids. NO matter how many time you raise these issues, they are just not taken care of. The standard of service is just not worth the kind of money we have to shell out. Mr Bharat, I expected good quality of staff and services from your center but am very disappointed. Please wake up and make some substantial changes or change the name of your daycare, you all so not treat our kids like yours.

Mrs. Nivedita, I worked fr them for couple of months. I found that many employees were unprofessional. The centre director Lalita used to engage in chit chat with the teachers. The front desk executives were having the food in the basement in front of the parents. Now if you want to withdraw they will not refund the money so easily. These teachers run at 7:30 they dont bother about the kids. Front desk executives keep the children after 7:30. These people make IBM by sending the false monthly report.

This is SRV Exports from India, for almost two years we had done business with this company Glimpso and the product name is LAT Sportswear. The owner and the head person are David and Nathalie Law.

By giving the lowest price they are cheating us and did not send the amount of money 2 lakhs USD dollars. They cheated us bu not giving this money and this company is a cheating company and don't believe the persons who work in this company.

I am writing this letter to say that beware of the cheaters and be careful with these people and this company.

We are doing some research before admitting our child to a school. YKROK school might be good but I am not very convinced with their website. They have a branch in PTP, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore but its details are not even updated on the site. There are no details about fees which means there is no transparency. The website doesn't appear to be created by Professionals. The school as such might be good, but the things mentioned above also reflect a lot about them.

what's all about? can some reliable authority of YKROK give some clarification on these complaints? I'm planning to put my kid with them, so I need some reliable information

I am shocked at the above comments...i have been working with a school since the last 8 yrs...i have seen how much my instituition cares for every single child...so i felt a playschool which caters to such young children will care a lot more...i was to go and register my son last month but I hung on just so that i could consider YKROK but im glad i came across this blog...i would not even want to waste my time going to such a place.

I was looking for a day care center for my kid. I was referred their name. When I surfed their website the address of Delhi was on Lodhi road. The phone numbers mentioned there do not work. I called on Bharat Kapoor's mobile number. He directed me to another lady who further directed me to a third person. Finally I came to know that they have no branch on Lodhi Road.
I came across this blog and comments. Not too sure about the quality of the center but after going though all the comments, I am quite sure I am not sending my kid here.
Parents are ready to pay their hard earned money only to make sure that their kids are well taken care of. However if there is a question mark on the delivery, parents will tend to be apprehensive.

My daughter enrolled in July 2010 with lots of promising and commitment.
As time went on the school failed to fulfill many things. The news letter was never on time and their were no much extra activities beside curriculum. I was shocked to read the story of syllabus which was too lengthy and boring. Its better not to even contact or visit this school.

hi ...i have also worked for our kids n our kids...bharat kapoor is a cheat...i worked for him in their jor bag branch. 5 yrs back...he abused me not physically but mentally .he shouted in front of parents .he was rude . i just worked for 1 month and i had to actually run away from the school...i even didnt had the courage to go back to school to take my salary for 1 month.i left the job without informing him n when my father went to return certain things he blamed me for stealing certain items of the school. its been almost 5 yrs n till today i havent asked them for my salary...
