[Resolved]  Your Kids R Our Kids — beware of this play school

these people have cheated more than 15 vendors when I was working for them at Bangalore (Koramangala Branch). They dont give the purchase order to the vendors but they pay only the advance. When vendor comes to get balance payment they refuse to make the payment. They have terminated 25+ employees in 6 months.

what garbage!! My daughter has beein in YKROK's for over a year and I am highly satisfied with the arrangements. I am sure the MCD has nothing to do with the quality of the school. It may have been sealed because of the govt's policies. A parent has to visit the child's school regulalarly, be it any school, and keep apprised of the progress. The teachers here are well-trained and always accessible. If one individual has has had a bad experience and he believes that such forums are good for venting, so be it, but if I were the Director of this school and someone use such slanderous language, I perhaps may not have the patience of Mr. Kapoor. If anyone wishes to visit YKORK in Delhi, please call me. I will take you with me when I go to pick up my daughter and you can have a first-hand experience of this lovely school, which I may add has only seen a rise in enrollments in the last year .I am sure every parent does his research before admitting a child. My number is . Hi All,

My son is there in YKROK from last 1 week in Delhi Safdarjangh Branch, and i found no issues with him. Sister takes alot of care as he is only 10 months old.
Main attrection is food ... they will provide a quality food to kids in every 1 1/2 or 2 hours and moreover they provide the list of everything in the evening.
YKROK is authorised with Accenture and IBM and they have alot of kids, i really dont this above all bushit is true...
Hi,
YKROK Bangalore-- is giving good things to kids, but they are purely money minded..

My kid was there abt 1 year, it was a nice time. When i said i am planning to change it to normal school the issue started, my kid is supposed to be there for only one month. after that she has to join to Normal regular school, But as per their norms i have to pay for 3 months. i have wasted 2 months amount with no reason.
I have escalated this to my office- Accenture. They are going to take action very soon.

Thanks,
Ramya.B
My son is 2 years 10 months old and he was put up in his age group in YKROK, Electronics City.As he was crying a lot, my mom also accompanied him.But the things she noticed in the school, it was really
shocking. The teacher of his batch beat the kids whenever they cry or when they are not listening to her. Also the teacher feed 2 or 3 kids from the same plate. When my mom asked she said they are brothers, but later we found that they are not brothers. My mom always used to be with my son in the school. But one day(19.05.2011) there was a audit happening in the school. My mom was asked to wait outside for sometime during the auditing. It was just half an hour she was out, but in that duration the teacher had beaten my son (slapped in his face). His lips were swollen immediately. My mom saw this and complaint this to her and also to the teachers of the other groups. But they did not even respond for that. Now I stopped sending him to YKROK. Below is the email thread for your reference.

Hi,
Do you honestly feel that after complaining about the incident, the teacher will take good care of my kid? What are the steps you have taken to make sure this won’t happen again? Anyhow you are not going to be there to stop it. And I can’t send my mom every day to watch it. The same set of people will be there. And We don’t want to take a risk again.
I am telling that I am not happy with the service, so asking for refund. You are repeating the same explanation that you can’t refund as per policy. so your policy is only for fee and deposit, NOT for kids safety and security??
I think I need to share this incident with my fellow infoscion parents and other parents looking for feedback. Escpecially the first time parents who want to send their kid to play school first time. Atleast they will be aware of your fee policy.
Thanks for your great understanding and commitment !!
Thanks,
Selva.

Hi,
Hope you remember the below mail. We started sending our son Nithin again to
school from 03.05.2011.
We did not want to send him alone, as he was crying a lot, so my mom also
accompanied him.
But the things she noticed in the school, it was really shocking.
My son is 2 years 10 months old and he is put up in his age group.
The teacher of his batch used to beat the kids whenever they cry or when
they are not listening to her.
My mom always used to be with Nithin in the school. But last
Thursday(19.05.2011) there was a audit happening in the school.
My mom was asked to wait outside for sometime during the auditing.
It was just half an hour she was out, but in that duration the teacher had
beaten my son (slapped in his face).
His lips were swollen immediately. My mom saw this and complaint this to her
and also to the teachers of the other groups.
But they did not even respond for that.
Also the teacher used to feed for 2 or 3 kids from the same plate. When my
mom asked she said they are brothers, but later we found that they are not
brothers.
So from then we stopped sending him to school.
And no more we want to send him again to this school, as kids are so
precious to us.
From may 1st actually he has gone to school for hardly 10 days.
The first time when we send him also, he went for just around 12 days.
We want to get our remaining fees back. Let me know when I can collect it.
Thanks,
Selva.
Bharat Kapoor, You must be wondering why did I keep silent since your posting in 2009. Cos today you will not be in a position to speak. Attn everyone - this Bharat Kapoor who challenged me to the court of law finally settled the matter with my lawyer paying up all my dues including my refundable security deposit and the advance fees fearing that the news will be published in the newspapers. I had filed a complaint with the Consumer Forum in Delhi and after 2 long years finally Bharat Kapoor.

Bharat Kapoor, you do not need to fabricate stories and speak out of your sense. If we could not have afforded ykrok, then our daughter would not have been there. You did not pay her fees - I had the capability so I could let me daughter be there. Rather you asked me to favour you with references in diplomatic community, which I did. and you got students from foreign countries admitted to ykrok just because of me. And dont think that people can believe that Bharat kapoor can do charity - what a joke!!! Mind you, we were the only parents offering you the highest ever fee paid at ykrok in those days as other parents were paying you only 4000 p.m. and we paid you 5000 p.m. And you talk about discounts.

You are talking about late fees - show me one proof where you have not received payment in advance from me. I can show my bank statements to all those who believe Bharat Kapoor.

To all the teachers of ykrok - i still maintain that you guys are the only pillars over there. I had been always satisfied with all the teachers & staffs efforts. The change needed is with Bharat Kapoor who needs to be ethical in this line of education business. Bharat -a piece of advice- accept your mistake and stop justifying your wrong deeds.
he is a piece of
Hello Goobe Nan makalla, Sule nan makalla, Beversi nan makalla, yava beversi, who is taking care of this YKROK, they are cheeting all the parents, they will not provide the proper food to the childrens properly, they will not take care of the childrens, leave 2 years babies, for 5 months babies and all they will treate like animals.

For these kind of people who all are managing this YKROK we should beat them in slippers, means chappalige hellu achukondu hodibeku.
loofersule makalla
Hi,

My son - aadhyaan singh goes to the BTP center for last 1 year, he was the first youngest kid of their center. The place is nice and the nurses are pleasant. Nobody is perfect, there are my shares of issues as well but Bharat takes personal interest to resolve the issues and takes the suggestions to make it a better place. I just feel that some policies should be made to keep the staff more happy but that does not mean that the place is bad. I am satisfied and will surely reommend it to others.

Regards
Tanuj Goel
I will agree with the beating part Bharat, I have also heard same stories from loads of other people as well. Aadi though has been a very loved kid. I think we cannot blame Bharat for a teacher hitting the kids, we need to put it through a right channel and get it resolved.
i have also worked with this organisation i dont know about bahrat kapoor but i must say the other staffs specially rakhshanda khan is a professionally cheater she is taking money from center heads for her personal use . She had recruted one staff in MS branch who is famous for stealing items of the school.
the services are good here...all the teachers are well educated and they take good care of my children ...
I don't know anything about any vendors or any senior management at YKROK but I can talk about my child though. I am from IT background and my challenge was to find the best day care for my daughter. All I can say is that I had enrolled my child during January this year and I am absolutely convinced that these guys are a complete professionals. I was approached by one of their sales professionals at my office campus and I still remember each and every word the BD personnel had told me and he has lived upto it. I am still in touch with him and he accommodates my request everytime if I have any. The teachers especially are so well organized and caring. I know what my daughter is doing, what she eats and I also appreciate the emergency procedures that this school follows.

If anybody is trying to play foul here please stop it because this is a wonderful place for kids and let all the parents in dilemma make the right decision of admitting their children here.

One happy customer
i got my 6 months old child enrolled in ykrok in feb. till now, i am happy with the services and care provided by the care givers and the staff.
even ykrok staff is very helpful and supportive.
Quality of services, care, curriculum and overall atmosphere is superior then any other day care, before putting my kids in YKROK i’ve been through almost more than 10 day care.in bangalore...bt this one is such a unique service provider. they are quite committed toward the promised they have made. i would really like to suggest parents to Experience the YKROK...and increase no of friend of my kids...
Dear Mr. Barat/Suman Kapoor,
I have been holding myself from posting anything on a public forum for a while now. I had to get it out of my system and hence... this complaint/feedback. I have worked with your BG center as a Manager - Customer Service for a brief 2 months last last year.
With a work experience from an MNC, the set up you have shocked me the first day. Personally, I have not been a victim of the torture (but money, yes!), but then I have seen enough to get up and walk out of the office one day!
Firstly, you do realize that your employees are human beings right? How can one treat a fellow human being with such disgrace, esp when you are working for a child care industry. (Do not give me example of Sharada, "your trusted employee")
Secondly, You either be an MNC or work like any other small scale business. This "wanna be" MNC sure does not work. You come up so many rules & regulations for your employees, do you follow any of that? Ex : Formals - Do you think what Mrs. Kapoor wears is formals? Personally, I am not against having rules or such clothes(I wear them too), but then a leader is suppose to set an example. Not drive your people by fear. Not by slapping and yelling in high pitch. (Trust me, I have never seen anyone yell at employees like the way Mrs. Kapoor does) This just explains the universal truth, money can buy you branded clothes but not class!! Oh, btw, education does buy class.. which I don't think she has, will not get into the nitty gritty of this issue.
I am not going to talk about the money you owe me, because self- respect is bigger than money any day!!! Hence, I am associated with an amazing organisation today!
Lastly, Whoever in the above mentioned comment said that YKROK does not employ men, is just pure BS, they do!
I just hope the basic issues of the school is sorted out now and I wish you well!!!
Mr. Barath Kapoor, in a brief conversation with you once, I realized you are a good man, just don't let the bad elements around, affect you.
P.S : A feedback should always be appreciated and use that as scope for improvement, there is no point being defensive.

Regards
Hi Everyone,

I read all comments the conclusion after considering the people who are writting against the YKROK. They are right because they are writing therir experince /feelings felt by their kids. They can not lie. But the some comments are written by the YKROK staff . thats not true because if you are really care about the child no body will write against you.. Thanks!!
They don't pay salary to employees as well. There are no CLs GLs for teachers, If any sick leaves are taken then it is direct loss of pay.

The facilities shown to parents are just for name sake. if any item is damaged or not working, then it is not repaired for 2-3 months, eg if blender to soften child food is spoilt the employees use their hands in unhygenic way.

All employes working in YKRK are highly demotivated. Dont ever put your kids at risk by joing YKRK.
YKROK is a bunch of Nonsense people. Bharat kapoor has no role in company. All discussions is taken by suman kapoor. Even Bharat cant take leave without the permission of suman. On the other hand suman has her dog named KV (who called himself VP of company). He does nothing in the company except follow suman's like a puppy. No buddy is happy as an employee or a vendor from yk-rock bock...They are not giving proper salary to emp. If you are able to work in ykrok than u can work in any company of the world, because its the top worst company in world. I suggest to everybody please dont associate with ykrok.
LOL it sounds like people have personal problems with the management and its not at all about the services due to which they are taking revenge like this. :)
Bunch of kiddish fresh ex-employees probably..trying their best to take out their frustration..happens. :) Sorry guys but I would prefer to try their services myself to comment on things.
