[Resolved] Zara — Rude, Store Manager
With reference to my purchase on 16th March,2013 from Zara,Pacific Mall.I had received a confirmation at the billing counter to be refunded or exchanged with my purchase if returned within a month along with the bills.
I had not tried the size earlier and when I went for an exchange on 23rd March (next weekend) I was made to wait at the counter for 45 minutes. Later, the Store Manger just informed me casualy that my purchase cannot be exchanged because it doesnt look fresh and new. When I insisted the Store Manager (Raj )to give me the reason for refusal, he said it is wrinkled and we dont exchange wrinkled clothes. I asked him to show me the rule book. He didnt have any, yet, he just remained rude and exceptionaly impolite and argued. I felt humiliated and as a loyal customer I refuse to be treated such. Iam not only appalled by such behaviour but I also want some strict action to be taken against such untrained managers.
I went with the jeans to another store in Vasant kunj mall and I was treated respectfully and asked if I want money or exchange . They exchanged my purchase without any hassle.
I want the sales and counter person to be trained properly if they represent an international brand because when you spend money you also want to feel the association with the brand.
