[Resolved]  Zee TV / Dish TV — Complaint not attended to since last 9-10 days despite repeated reminders

I complained for my Dish TV connection no. [protected] not working on 26th May'08 for which a person came in on 28th May and said that he would visit again. Since that day i am repeatedly calling and talking to the customer care people (complaint no.[protected] and they are promising to send a person every time but no body is coming to attend. I am spending almost 20-25 minutes talking to these people everyday which is causing a lot of harrassment and also that i have a daughter who is 2.10 years old and does not eat her dinner without watching a particular cartoon show. I am unable to understand where i should go and whom to complain to.
I would suggest all people reading this complaint that DISH TV is the worst thing i have come across in all the products i have ever used in my life.
