[Resolved] Zicom — no service provided in warranty period
I had purchased zicom home security burglar alarm system on 07-07-08 from universal solutions nasik. as the burglar alarm was not properly working i put up a complaint on their helpline on 25/06/09. complaint no. 2217. inspite of putting up repeated reminders on the helpline no engineer has turned up. the company now says that nasik has been put up in the non servicable area. the same fact was not told to me when i bought the product.
