[Resolved]  ZTE CDMA 1x Reliance Netconnect Card — Faulty device, Faulty service and faults billing

I had bought a reliance netconnect ZTE cdma 1x card which within 1 month of purchase become faulty...i returned it the webworld from where i purchased it...but they even don't know where it gets serviced...at last i searched for long and found the place about 100 kms away ...got it corrrected ...but when i returned re enter my postpaid connection it...they said can't be done at last after 3 months got everything corrected for which i had to pay the rent simply...and i called cust care for confirming my plan to freedom at night...got it confirmed ... and used it for 1 month for which in the next month i was shocked to see the bill...they have billed according to the normal usage plan... whom should i blamee...MYSELF... I shouldn't have believed RELIANCE
