[Resolved]  Zuari Furniture — Defective Bed and side table and no response from dealers

This complaint is regarding the supply of defective bed and side table(Code no-655 and 743038) which I bought on 5th may 2013. After repeated reminders to your dealer Index furniture center, 129-A Malviya Nagar, Udyog Bhavan near nanke petrol pump in Bhopal Madhya Pradesh there is no response so far after repeated promises of repairs or replacement. Till date my problem has not been addressed by the dealer or the Area sales manager Mr.Bhavesh Kumar Kothari -[protected] of your company. In absence of any response from your side also we will be compelled to go to the consumer forum for solution of problem. Its my humble request to kindly direct me or dealer to get a solution of problem we are facing. It is expected that you will respond in 2 days from this complaint.
