I have booked 3 sets of office furniture in TOTAL Mall Sarjapur road after having seen the display units on 24th Tuesday Nov 2009 by paying full cash of 20000/-, since the display units were not up to the quality and was damaged we refused to accept the display units for purchase. The Zuari BangaloreTeam Head Mr. Madhu [Mob :[protected]] promised the delivery of the entire unit on friday the 27th of Nov. On Saturday the 28th Nov when we went to pick up the delivery of the ordered items we found the same faulty DISPLAY UNITS been packed for delivery. We refused to accept the same and the TOTAL Mall Customer Care Associate & Category Manager Mr. Chandan [ Mob :[protected]] promised to rectify the same and hand over the same unit with in couple of hours, but sorry to tell they were not in a position to rectify the same and they made me to wait in their mall for 6 hours and i forced them to return my cash back for the entire amount. That too took more than 1 hour for them to return the cash back.
This is ridiculous, when I have made the full payment on the booking date and my self stand and execute the delivery of the ZUARI Products in their outlet, then why do they execute such orders when they dont have any capacity to serve the customer? Was this information helpful? |
