[Resolved] Zuari Sofa — leather crack near stitch in just 3 months | |||
I have purchase zuari sofa from hyper city DB mall Bhopal as per guarantee or warrant of sofa is 1 year . After 3 months sofa leather got cracked near stiches after many complain personal visit company person come to see sofa after three month's. Company employee come & take sofa for three day's in worksop and just stiched leather by hand badly just all stiched are open and again leather cracked near stiched . And right now no one entertain us or any solution by Zuari or Hyper city Bhopal. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir,I have booked a sofa in Zuari furniture on july 23rd, at Chennai, which was to be delivered last Saturday as promised. I went to the dealers place for around three times, but its of no use. I don't know who'll deliver and when?
