Comps Trade — product did not receive | |||||
I had ordered a product redmi 3s prime from compstrade website and they called me and said to pay the price of product via paytm and i paid the amount of rs 3200. They said product will reach you in 24 hr. But it has been 2 week and did not receive the product. So i tried to contact them via whatsapp and call.. But they are not attending my call or not responding to my message... I had contacted ecom express courier and they said we have received the parcel from the shipper/seller.. My order no. Is [protected] and awb no. Is[protected].. Please do something or refund my money.. It smells like cheating.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
