Hi, My order id is [protected] and my awb number of ecom express is[protected]. I keep checking the tracking information on daily basis in ecom express. And the status would be something like this - 16:15 hrs bengaluru pickup failed, premise closed 13:46 hrs bengaluru out for pickup 13:17 hrs bengaluru pickup assigned 07:04 hrs bengaluru pickup rescheduled for next day Everyday same thing is being updated saying pick up failed. I have paid the amount as per your request in the mail in two transactions. I have even proof of it i will attach the screen shots of payment. I have paid the money to the mentioned number in the mail. I have even attached screen shot of it. Also i have mailed nearly 6-7times at [protected]@compstrade.com. But till now i have not received any response from these people. See guys if you are a fake company kindly i request you to send my money back at least. I literally don't want your product. Don't play with emotions of innocent people. With less money offer i wanted to surprise my family with new phone but you guys are sitting enjoying by cheating us. Please don't do this. ### you people are cursed from innocent people. You guys will suffer hells death. Your fraud work will come to end soon. Eating money of innocent people and cheating them doesn't lead you a royal lyf. You people will suffer sure.
We have never received a notification from paytm about any such payment. We do see an order but its unpaid. We do not ship unpaid orders. Also complaint here the proper proofs of payments which should be the snap shots of your PAYTM Passbook. Also all our lines are active 24/7 and we reply to all emails in 1 hrs average time. Sir we do take all the reviews very seriously and can go to an extent of legal action in case of fake reviews.
