[Resolved]  V.R. Infotech — Bad handling of laptop and lost our data

This is Mrs. Gunjan gupta w/o Sandeep khandelwal ( railway officer), resident of shahibagh, ahmedabad. On dated 31/08/2013, I called service person from V.R.Infotech computer solution to repair my laptop hard disk (E series VPCEH38FN). He cameon 01/09/2013 at my house around17:20. At that time my husband was not at home. He asked another laptop to repair the hard disk of my laptop. I agreed and gave my husband's official laptop ( y series VPCYB15G). After that I went into another room to feed my five month old baby. When I came back, I saw that some program was running in my husband laptop. I asked him what is that? He replied , that software up gradation is taking place. After some time he went and said me that he won't be able to repair my hard disk. When that process was over in laptop. We found all official data of my husband was missing. We called him but he didn't picked our call and the we called from another phone. He said he will not come. We registered complain in our nearest police station, shahibagh. I've gave our laptop ( y series) to Stellar company for the data recovery and they made quotation for approx 7500 INR to recover lost data. I want to register complain against the company and want compensation which we spend for data recovery and travel charges.
