[Resolved]  V.R. Infotech — Formatting of computer data of my husband official laptop

This is Mrs. Gunjan gupta w/o Sandeep khandelwal (railway officer), resident of shahibagh, ahmedabad. On dated 31/08/2013, I called service person from v.r.infotech computer solution to repair my laptop model no. E series VPCEH38FN. I got his number and other details from just dial online website. Service person came on 01/09/2013at 17:20 approx. at that time my husband was not at home. He asked me for another laptop to check my hard drive. I agreed and gave my husband's official laptop ( Y series VPCYB15 AG) to him. After that I went outside from that room to feed my five month baby and return back after15-20 min. Then I saw that he started some recovery process in my husband' s laptop and when I asked about that what is this going on ,he said up gradation of software is taking place but don't switch off the laptop. He went by saying that he can' t repair my laptop. After some time when the process ends then we found that all official data from my husband's laptop was missing. We called him many times (approx 14) , he dint pick our call and finally he received our call and we told him that the data was missing and requested to come back and check the computer because data was very important as it was related to govt. of India ( railways) . But he said us he won't be able to come. Then we filled complain against him in nearest police station and for data recovery we contact to Stellar data recovery company. They charged money for that. I need compensation for all this from V.R. Infotech.
