I bought a Reliance Netconnect + data card around Feb 2013. My father is a state govt. employee in HPGCL Panipat. The MDN Number is [protected], SDCA is Haryana & Service Plan is Postpaid_HSD as printed on the box of the data card. The officer who sold us the plan was Mr Ravi Dahiya. We were told that the plan consisted o[censored]nlimited usage along with some discount in rent for State Govt. Employees. The monthly rent was told to be around Rs 650 per month. Then we were asked to pay Rs 2500 approx. which together consist of Data Card price along with 3 month rent in advance.
After the month of April, we missed the dead-line to pay the rent for May in lieu of which our connection was terminated. The connection was out from May, June & till half of July.
Then we met a Franchisee agent Saurav Gupta from Panipat. He told us to pay Rs 2100 which included no furthur bill for next 3 months along with plan revival. The payment was made around 20th July which means we are not supposed to pay any rent till 20th October.
However, the company has sent us several messages regarding bill payment of Rs 339.55 again. They have contacted us regarding the payment & we are not paying that since it is going over the head now. We have got the messages in our phone. Our connection has already been terminated before 20th October as well. Was this information helpful? |
