Shoppingoutlet.in — Item not delivered even after 4 months of payment
I ordered a camcorder head cleaner cassette on 27th Oct via online payment from website shoppingoutlet.in. I received a confirmation mail as well from the website. But I am yet to receive the item even after repeated follow-ups by phone, sms and email. The order number is[protected]. Did you receive this? Because I ordered headphones from the same site a few days back and haven't yet received them. The sites says shipped however the courier has not received them and even no response from the customer care number.
