I ordered the "Emergency car essential kit" on 24th Aug, 2016 from Seven Mantras. Order no 4585342. I got the delivery around 1st week of Sept. When i started using the air compressor in the kit, I realized it is defective. The pressure gauge was not showing any pressure at all. I tried it in various vehicles but still it did not show any pressure. I immediately reported this to the customer care of Seven Mantras (Around 7th or 8th Sept). I was told to share the photos of the compressor. I did that promptly. I was told I will get the replacement soon. I followed up for 3 weeks but I didnt get any replacement. I kept getting answers that my request is in progress etc etc. But finally after 3 weeks, i called them up again and they said I can claim for refund. I did that. I was told I will get the refund. I gave my bank details to them. I waited again for 2 weeks but didnt get any refund. I kept getting answers that my request is in progress. Finally the defective product was taken back (reverse pick-up) and then I was told refund will happen within 3-4 days. But there was no refund even after one week. Finally, when I called them again (in the last week of October), I was told I cant get the refund as i did not return the entire kit and I will get the replacement for the air compressor ! But originally, my complaint was ONLY for the defective air compressor. So why will I return the entire kit? And then was why I told from beginning that I will get the refund?

When I tried calling them, my calls are going unanswered. I have written to them ([protected]@sevenmantras.com) thrice since then (28th Oct, 29th Oct and 1st Nov), but there has been no response. I dont think they are going to give me the replacement of the defective product.

I need your help to sort out this matter.

    Received text message stating delivery attempted however no one arrived to deliver the parcel tried contacting customer care got no joy suggested to wait till tommorow following is the tracking number for the courier AWB i[protected] this is really not a goood service please dont use such courier services which would spoile brand name and always forces the customer to raise a complaint for the same

      Fraud c0mpany: be aware while purchasing
      I ordered multi purpose fouldable wardrobe product from sevenmantas.com (order no. 4178207) on 4th of june2016 but while delivering i received drill set (photo attached). i tried several times to reach the company but till date they are saying we are in the process. this online trading is total fraud company with no response for after sales service. i have made several calls and emails but they don’t respond as i receive auto generated mails only.
      After several follow ups with the so called office which they dont have (its just a call centre) they have taken my wrong product which they call it as ‘reverse pick up’ which was done on 6th july 2016 with the assurance that i will get back my refund, but till date i haven’t received any refund from them. whenever i call customer care they told senior is not available. i have provided account details also for refund, but till date (24/07/2016) they are saying we havnt received the reverse pick.
      I request seven mantras customer support to refund my hard earned money asap, otherwise i will left with no other option to fight in a consumer court to get my money back and also to inform advertising newspaper about fraudulent activities.
      I dont find that this is the right company to take product or purchase –be aware.

            I had purchased a roti maker on 17 may 2016, invoice no 4091326, it was a damaged piece, initially they promised to give a home demo, phone no given was [protected], they promised to come at my address after may follow ups, but later they did not lift the phone, so DEMO WAS NOT PERFORMED
            in the 2d week of june 2016 the product was collected by seven mantras, promising me to make payments within 3-4 working days, when call [protected], they make false promises to make the payment or they are not aware of the procedure, every time i give my bank details . I am not sure when do i get the refund. I have send 3-4 reminders on email also

            Dear Mr. Abhijit,
            Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We had already communicated to you that we shall reverse pick the faulty product from you and process a refund for your invoice amount.
            In line with this corrective action we had arranged the first reverse pick up for you on 7th June via our courier partner QMS however when the courier person actually came at your billing address you were not ready to handover the product.
            We re-arranged a second pick up on 9th June via our courier partner Dotzot, again you were not ready to handover the product to our courier person.
            After this our Manager personally got in touch with you and that is when he realized that the product Rotimaker and its freebee Dough maker both were lying in your two different resident locations and hence you were not handing over the complete product to our courier. Keeping in constant touch with you and the whereabouts of our product he was finally able to reverse pick your product on 19 June and initiate your refund request.
            Your Refund has already been credited into your bank account as given by you.
            Very True . I wish if there was negative rating .

                Hello,

                I have ordered "Kawachi Double Bed Size Folding Mosquito Net" from http://www.sevenmantras.com/ on date 26th January 2016. I have already paid them complete price of the product including the shipping charges as well (Rs. 899 + 79 = 978.00) but even after more then a month I haven't received the product. Whenever I call to there costumer care number they keep on telling me that it will arrive in next 4 days.

                Till now I haven't received the product, Kindly requesting you to look in to this and help me to get the product for which I paid the money.

                        I have ordered a easy mop order no.3315254 dt. 24/10/2015 cod, i have received that product but unfortunately my grand mother in law which is a family member o[censored]s got ill and then expired due to old age so i have no time to check the product. All the spiritual functions of her were carried out by us upto 25/11/2015. After that i opened the box of eazy mop but i found that main rod (Which we can hold in hand) can not be fixed in the portion provided to fix it. So that product is defective piece.
                        So i called on your number, your representative booked a complaint on phone and advised me to register online complaint. So i am registering this complaint. As the reason behind delay in registering complaint is genuine & real. So i hope you will consider this delay.

                        Kindly do the needful, either replace the product or refund the money.

                          Product received on 27.10.2015 around 07.00 hrs in the evening.
                          Informed to Sevenmantras office on 28.10.2015 on Phone No.[protected]. Also sent email of the above. Response on Email received by me on 28.10.2015, stating

                          Your request has been raised with us, soon we will back back to you on this.

                          But till today i.e 03.11.2015 I have received any feed back of my complaint.( 11.15 am)
                          Company is in the business of sales and distribution, but could not provided the Product Brochure, Operation manual for the product they are selling.
                          Co. has given the instructions to telephone operator not to disclose the name of the concerned officer/ Incharge, which is not correct practice.

                          I am complaining last 6 days but sorry to note that, I have not received any phone call except recorded email message regarding my complaint.

                            I had ordered 1 dozan mangoes on 1st May. And did not get any delivery yet. I had emailed the customer support several times. But no response. After calling customer care 2-3 times, I got a response that, "You will definitely get your order delivered in 2 days" .. And I am still waiting after 2 days for order. I had even emailed them to cancel off my order but no response yet. ! I called them on 21st May morning- For last 3 times I had called they had only 1 response - "We have forwarded your query to our senior officials" . I could not understand after confirming my address on phone, what more details do these people need form me ! I told them, If I do not get a email from your senior officials, i am gonna call u back after 1 hour. Then I got a call saying - "Your order will 100% be delivered today evening itself !" I felt they might have given this answer just to cool down my anger so that I do not bother them for rest of the day ... And yes my guess was right.. Its 9 PM and I am yet to receive my order !

                              I've ordered 1 dozen mangoes from the company named sevenmantras after 5-6 days order came but there was only 8 pieces inside the parcel..and 3-4 of them are not edible as they are rotten completely.. when i asked them to change order or give my money back first he had talk with me in very rude manner.. after sometime somehow i convinced him to change the order. next day someone amol guy called me up and told me that order will be replaced in 2 days.. and today is 6th day but still i have not got order or shipment number of mangoes.. please help me ..
