Snapdeal / External Hard Disc (WD) — Got defective Hard Disc twice from snapdeal

Sir, I ordered one external hard disc from Snap deal site with order number[protected]. on 13th March 2013. On 20th march i received the product immediately i mailed snap deal that the product was faulty and making noise while shaking it in hand. Then after some days i couriered the item to the following address.

Then after some days i got a call that we have sent you a new item. When i again received the product i found the pouch was missing in the courier and they sent me the same faulty product. It is really very ridiculous. I don't know how they are cheating public. It should be taken care of this type of fraud activities.
