[Resolved]  Ubislate Aakash Tablet 7C+ — Ubislate Aakash Tablet 7C+ Not Received Booking ID - PMA9A08

Hi Team,

I booked my Ubislate7Cplus Tablet on 31st Jan, 2013 by paying the money through HDFC Credit Card and the booking ID is PMA9A08. I have received a conformation email after booking the tablet. I have checked the website about the status of my tablet and it still shows the status as Order Received. Although while booking the tablet it was written that it would be delivered in 72 hours but till now I haven't received any email or SMS from your side confirming about the delivery of my tablet.

I am very anxious to get my new tablet. I have also written 2 emails to them but they do not care to reply. I also to call their customer care but they do not respond.

Could you please take this complaint forward and help me in getting my tablet.

Sahil when did u receive it ? Did u contact them on phone ? I have ordered the same tablet on 2nd Feb still no info from their side

internet speed is very very slow

Internet speed is very slow and downloading speed do not exceeds after45kbps. Also play store is not there and I never found satisfactory explinations from customer care.I found myself ceated.Help!!

tablet touch screen not working since more than one month.

My Datawind 7cx tablet its touch not working since more than one month.inspite of several complaints their service centre not attending the problem,
