Western Digital Hdd — CUSTOMER SUPPORT CALL CENTER NOT FUNCTIONAL | |||
I have a Western digital 1 TB HDD of 3 years warranty protection. It stopped working after 6 months o[censored]sage, so i had launched a complaint against the product. WD SUPPORT had replaced the defective hard disk. the replaced hard disk gave me a noise while operating. I did not bother the noise as the hard disk worked good. after some 6=7 months o[censored]sage the loudness of noise got increased and the hard disk stopped working. Now im trying to contact WD SUPPORT its not functional. I even tried mailing them i got a reply but they are not further replying. please help me with my defective piece.
