Consulting Rooms Private Limited — Google pixel 3A

I bought a google pixel 3a from your store via flipkart but it gives blur images and video calling with front camera, hence i want to return it but i am not able to return it to flipkart and have been asked to contact the store from where purchase is done and i landed up here.
Please find me a solution.
