I buy led tv on flipkart at 20 january 2019 but now i can't see anything on tv screen i already mail on your email id but no response please visit us i want to claim that warranty and provide information me about warranty email 3 days ago to your email id but nothing response i have a gst bill the name of a brand is thomson hd r9 series led tv please receive the visiting date

Technician visit us TV and say the problem of motherboard and he say when Thomson company provide us backlight or motherboard we will solve your problem I request you please provide us backlight

My issue is not solve from 15 days I complaint in your customer care at 13 March 2019 my complaint id is 8823991 regarding to that I complaint in consumer court my docket number is1216822 when you solve my problem I will return my complaint so please solve my complaint as soon as possible

i have purchased one THOMSON B9 Pro TV from Flipkart on March 2019, with cash payment of Rs. 18999/-. But from the past 20 days we are suffering to get a service to the TV from the company Consulting rooms Pvt Ltd, since the TV is not getting SWITCH ON. Nothing is visible in TV. we have sent lot of complaint mail to [protected]@Thomsontv.in, but not get any response from them. I am very much upset and get frustrated for the service quality part from these kind of waste peoples. Now I realize that FLIPKART is selling some fake electronics items in india. even they are not care about the customer service. Please help me to get the TV should be replace with new one. or else please return my money. This is your responsibility to take necessary action against this kind of online platform and the fake sellers. find the attached invoice copy for your reference. STILL THIS IS UNDER WARRANTY, i want to replace with new one or else my amount should be refunded. I want to know the what is the action you are going to take against these companies and let me inform to my mail id immediately.
