Dear sir/madam
I bought a fordecosports car in nov 2016 and hence it has just completed approx 17000 kms and its (Goodyear) rear tyres are totally worn down to dangerous levels. Though i registered the complaint to fords india and goodyear but they are giving me excuses instead of resolving the issue. I am quite confident that its a major error on their part but they are not admitting it.
I have some important points to prove myself:-
1. They are saying that as its wheel balancing and alignment is done from local workshop, its warranty is void and null whereas its not mandatory to have it from their centre only.
2. And more importantly there is nothing to do with alignment or wheel balancing in case of rear tyres. Alignment can affect only front tyres.
3. They are even giving me harrasments by blaming me that maybe ive shifted initial position of the tyres but i can challenge them if they prove me wrong then i will give away my car free of cost to anyone of their choice.
I work in private sector and earn money with lot of hardwork.
Please help me in the above case.
