I purchased an ac in april this year and this product is giving me trouble nothing else. First installation was not correctly done; i suffered from f6 error for almost a week and the gas leakage started happening after a month. People came to refill the gas after 10 days and i had to make several attempts to service executive - kamlesh and his team in ahmedabad to make this visit happen. The gas leakage again came in notice after 5 days and 10% of gas already got leaked. Kamlesh & yogesh again visited my place after 9 days and topped up the gas on 18th june and gas has again been leaking from today. Gas leakage has been consistent after 3 service visits. Service centre person - kamlesh is not at all helpful. He generally switches off his phone when i tried contacting him. I am completely disappointed with this kind of service and product.
