On sept 9th, there was ad in toi stating 50% of[censored]sing promo code “last50” on purchasing items worth min. Rs.5000/- at hypermarketkart.com. I placed an order no.[protected], via their mobile app for ordering worth rs 2651 (After 50% off) on 10th sep 2017 at and received an acknowledgement via mail & sms that the items would be delivered by 16th sep. 2017. But unfortunately this order has not been delivered till date.
Later, they had a notification on there app mentioning please mail to “[protected]@payu.in” for refund. I tried contacting them through email and also tried reaching them on below number mentioned in their site.

But there is no response from either side. Could you please take action will file a case against these guys in consumer court if i don’t get my money back.
