I have supplied construction materials to simplex infra ltd for their project in gujarat. It was a turnkey project. The project has been finished but my payment has not been released for almost 2 years now. I have been reminding them about my payment regularly since last one year, but still no payment from their side only promising false dates for releasing payment.
