In the month of january we were sold a membership worth, ₹85000/- by mr. Kamran, area sales manager & consultant raj making us promises of pick & drop to &from anywhere; sightseeing + stay. We can make & cancel the booking for any place at any point of time. Not only this we were asked to make payment by credit card & the interest will be waived off by the company the amt will be trsfrd to our a/c through neft. Bt nw mr. Kamran is saying we will be offered coupons on behalf of it. When we raised que he said it depends on the company how it waives off the intetrest. After almost 1 month of purchasing this membership we still didn't recv the membership card. Now when we called to mrd neha who makes bookings, to do a simple 1n/2d booking at jaipur for 1 room only, for first 10 days she didnt respond to the call and when finally she picked the call she said we have to pay the amc first then only our booking will be proceed.. This is nt the end after this we were denied all the services one by one which were promised to us.. Cnt give pick & drop, for so many days they didn't book and just one day prior c/in date they r saying rooms are not available when we asked to book in ramada they said it's nt in our tie up list though it is there on the list.
When we are calling nobody is coming on phone especially mr. Kamran he talks only on whts app that too very rarely.
There is so much discrepancy in sales & operations departments and now kamran is denying everything that he said & promised is to b offered.
We hv been cheated & now we want to cancel this membership, when we called neha for it very rudely she replied we wont cancel this membership & will not make any refunds.

your wife was continue in touch with Ms Neha over call and confirmed the booking in Hotel Park Regent Jaipur. after the booking confirmation, you replace your wife over call and canceled your trip with all new excuses.
after all things you were talked with Mr. Alam and you promise that you will mark your complain as resolve but still you are mark as resolve your complaint.

With reference to the above mention situations I would like to clarify we did not cancel the booking all of sudden. We have to do it because we were continuously been denied of all the services we were asking for. And we didn't anything special rather we asked the same thing which we were promised. Anyways we don't want to get again this because it won't make sense because they are not ready to accept that they have made false promises more over I have never came across any person so rude from hospitality industry. As a matter of fact my wife is also from hospitality industry so the kind of behaviour I faced was just not acceptable. As far as cancellation and refund is concerned.
Please be informed sir we have got mail from Mr.Imran confirming us that we'll get our money refunded in 30-40 days which is 76250/-
Calculation:-
85000/- basic amount +1250/- amc =86250/- (total amount) less 10000/- cancellation charges.
So as per our telephonic conversation with Mr. Imran & Neha ji I am resolving this complaint since it was a condition from Mr. Imran that first we have to resolve the complaint then only he will transfer our money to our account.
The noticeable thing is its been more than 40 days. They are having our account details so we r hoping that now without any further delay we'll get our money back.
