On the of 13 jan i have taken membership of this co. But after 1-2 days i found something suspicious about this co. So i decided not to continue my membership, firstly they told me it cannot be cancelled but later thier co employee mr imran alam convinced me to continue after promising me that he will provide various facility but when i mailed the same to the co. People in documented form, the next vary day i got call from co. That they cannot provide this facility so we are cancelling ur membership w. E. F 16/01/2019 & u will get the refund after a deduction of rs 10000/+gst after 30-45 working days in mail. After the completation of 45 working days they are still not refunding my money & again asking for 2-3days when i call them.
They all people have mentally harassed me especially miss neha. Now not a single employee is picking up the phone whether it's kamran sheih, mr raj, mr imran alam or the co. Md mr sumeet sinha is also not replying in a single mail. Those people are befooling the customer. So plz help me in this regard. Was this information helpful? |
