No services they provided
I tried much for booking, but they didn't response back. Even my holidays are finish but everytime they did same. Very bad no services only excuses.
I paid 32k but no services they provided
They are Big FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD, They come here in Mohali and arrange meeting in Ek Noor Residency, Phase 1, behind motor market phase 1.
Sales team committed much services and told us you will receive all in welcome email within 48 hours. And said this agreement according 25 years membership it will change and add all commitments in welcome email.
But its very bad exp nothing they mention in welcome email and said only what mentioned in agreement that is only followed.

This is a fraud company.
I was sold a membership during their visit to Meerut.
Mr Kamran is the contactable and taken the amount by explaining benefits and making fake promises.
The did not provided any services they promised. Every time the contact persons changed. Now they have kept their phone nos [protected] and [protected] out of service. They are not accepting any calls and no even is there to answer
I have all the receipts, statements of payment and will file a case too.
I will go as far as possible and get my money back from these frauds. I will surely lodge case of cheating against Kamran, Neha and Continetal group who takes hard earned money of the customers
I will not spare this fraud company.

Continental club holidays is a fraud company who force the customers to get the voucher. They will make you ensure that they will send the paperwork and give you bookings for two years .. but when you try to get booking phone is gping to unreachable, emails dont work . Nobody going to answers your calls. I paid 17500 and i demand my money back from this fraud company.

को भुगतान की, इस ऑफर में मुझे और मेरे साथ अन्य किसी एक ओर व्यक्ति को 30 day और 30 night फ्री होटल बुकिंग की सुविधाएं प्रदान की गई थी. लेकिन मुझ से पैसे लेने के बाद मुझे कोई भी सुविधा इस कंपनी द्वारा प्रदान नहीं की गई! और ना ही मुझे मेरे पैसे refund किए गए!

In december there are continental club holidays delhi team come to rishikesh and giving my there packages, i have not interested in this, but they are pressure me to take their package, and submit 10000 rs, next day i call to there executive to refund ny money 10000 rs, they told me that we will refund your money, but after 3 days they told me that minimum 10000 rs is your membership fees, they are doing cheating with me, please refund my amount of rs 10000. no service - no refund even after judgement of consumer court

This is a fraud company. The did not provided any services they promised. Every time the contact persons changed. Now they have kept their phone nos [protected] and [protected] out of service. They are not accepting any letter at their ring road mall office. I fought against them at consumer court and won. Hon'ble court has ordered to refund my amount with penalty on november 2019 but still they are not refunding it.
I will go as far as possible and get my money back from these frauds. I will surely lodge case of cheating against their manager mr. Imran alam and team and also case of not following courts order and the court itself will issue warrant against them.
I will not spare this fraud company.

I took their (Continental club holidays a unit of seaice club and resorts india pvt ltd) service in april 2019 by paying inr 17, 500 (5000 cash + 12500 emi).
Mr. Bito and kamran shaikh who came to ropar (Sahil palace/restaurant) with their team told me to give 6n 7d hotel booking for two years in any 3 star hotel in india.
But i have not got anything yet till today (27/02/2020).
First i told them about auli which they usually advertise but it did not get booked as they said it is not available.
Then after 2 months i requested them for mussoorie, just before one day neha mrd told me, hotel ne booking nahi di. (Hotel did not give booking).
Then i requested for manali 2 months advance like every time but this time same excuse sir booking nahi hui please next week ki booking le lo and next week bhi booking inse ho nahi paai.
Four times they be-fooled me.
Me and my spouse had taken leave from work place all these times, railway/bus booking was done but.
Now i just want refund from them.

Neha - which handle booking etc. Not even take calls, no email reply.
Just 1 day booking i struggled very much but till now nothing.
They are cheap after paid a huge amount.
Now i have only way to go consumer court.
Please guys don't purchase any membership from them.

mis selling membership and not giving bookings

I have been sold membership on 16.11.2019 by mr. Sourya and mr. Ramesh at sarojini nagar, new delhi and they have given all the false statements just to sell their plan. We have asked them to give in written everything they were telling but they told that you will receive all terms and conditions in your kit but i haven't received any kit. When i checked with booking team, they told that yours is trial plan and no kit will be sent for these plans.
They have sold me trial plan for rs. 20, 000/- in which i will be getting 18 nights (Including 12 bonus nights) but on checking with booking team (Neha), only 6 nights are there. Moreover they told that i can get the booking done in manesar resort after 2-3 days of taking the membership. This membership is valid for all season/during all festivals etc. But i am requesting for booking 2 nights in manesar resort from 25.11.2019 but till date they are not able to give me booking saying that these resorts are not available/ very costly and can't be given in your plan whereas at time of selling they themself told that you can go to manesar resort. Booking person ms. Neha is saying that all resorts are booked and they can give booking after feb.
Senior person mr. Ramesh not picking call and mr. Sourya everytime saying that i will get the booking done but not able to do so for past one month.
I had taken membership in my wife name = namrata khatter. Request you to please get the full refund asap (Rs. 20, 000/-) since i have not used any services from the company.

I have registered with the company in december 2018 and received the membership card and other documents in january. I have requested for holiday package in february 2019 and they are promising. I have met personally in office, there is only one employee ms neha is available who is only promising. The executive who is making member mr kamraran is helpless since he is only making member not interfering in operation. I have requested for cancelling membership and return payment. That also they are not doing. Our rs 85000.00 is due to company since they are not providing service and offered 5 years 7 days servics in any hotel in india.

This year again we have contacted the only one face put forward by the company and all other faces are hiding ie Ms NEHA. She has pulled since one month that booking is ready. Even she has taken the confirmation /selection of hotels. But result is same she will never book/confirm. We appreciate company that has kept a very passionate employee who faces and kept going and never book. The company is a BIG FRAUD. I have already put the papers in the local consumer court and this time also collected the proof of the cheating. I will try that directors of the company should go behind the bar along with the employees who are cheating.
This time they have also collected AMC also for the booking this year.

As there policy i can cancel my membership within 7 days of purchase and my money will be refunded by them after there file charge of 10000 plus gst extra.

I talked to mr. Kamran shaikh and he told me that neha is looking all these activities, i drop a mail because when my wife called you so, many times and you didn't respond me.
Please note that, we have invited for free holiday coupon on the behalf of continental club holidays (Entry pass no. Was-hk02b9) from arun & aarohi contact no's : [protected] & [protected] on 17-march 2019 in the evening 6 o'clock at 2nd floor office no 227, ring road mall near deepali chowk, rohoini sec-3.in office i met with mr. Kamran shaikh, contact no: ([protected]) (And their colleagues) he project me some holidays packages. But i refused everything then after long time they project me 5 yrs plan of 45000 amount on emi and tells me that 1875 rs amount will deduct in 24 months emi and first emi will deduct after 45 days. They said they will refund my money if i don't like it initially, now they forcefully asked me to take the decision on the table and in the confusion i said yes reluctantly. After that they take my sbi credit card and swipe 45000 without inform me that they will deduct whole amounts once. After that take me and my spouse signatures on agreement application no hpaf no. Cca 1031.
Now i receive mail from my bank and they tell's me that your 45000 amount deduct completely. They asked me if you want to convert this amount in emi 22% roi charged by bank.
Considering all these misleading assurances by your staff i am feeling as if i had been cheated badly and now i want to withdraw my whole amount from your company. I am hereby surrendering my agreement documents and coupons. Kindly refund my whole amount i. E. 45000 rs to same method which you take i. E sbi credit card.
And kindly consider it is a serious complain and refund the whole amount without any further delay. If it is deficiency in services and actionable also under consumer laws.

Was-hk02b9) from arun & aarohi contact no's : [protected] & [protected] on 17-march 2019 in the evening 6 o'clock at 2nd floor office no 227, ring road mall near deepali chowk, rohoini sec-3.in office i met with mr. Kamran shaikh, contact no: ([protected]) (And their colleagues) he project me some holidays packages. But i refused everything then after long time they project me 5 yrs plan of 45000 amount on emi and tells me that 1875 rs amount will deduct in 24 months emi and first emi will deduct after 45 days. They said they will refund my money if i don't like it initially, now they forcefully asked me to take the decision on the table and in the confusion i said yes reluctantly. After that they take my sbi credit card and swipe 45000 without inform me that they will deduct whole amounts once. After that take me and my spouse signatures on agreement application no hpaf no. Cca 1031.
Now i receive mail from my bank and they tell's me that your 45000 amount deduct completely. They asked me if you want to convert this amount in emi 22% roi charged by bank.
Considering all these misleading assurances by your staff i am feeling as if i had been cheated badly and now i want to withdraw my whole amount from your company. I am hereby surrendering my agreement documents and coupons. Kindly refund my whole amount i. E. 45000 rs to same method which you take i. E sbi credit card.
And kindly consider it is a serious complain and refund the whole amount without any further delay. If it is deficiency in services and actionable also under consumer laws.

Please help me out in getting my money back from this fraud company . Whenever I mail them for getting hotel booked they never make any on time after no. Of calls I make to Miss Neha maximum time she don’t receive call and if she received don’t even listen to us and disconnect the call and when we mail them no responses it’s third time my going through all this harassment . Whenever I want to get hotel booking done I have to go through the harassment process of 10 - 15 days by again and again calling them and mailing them and after that if get the booking done that would also not be as per our wish they always have the excuses for not getting hotel booking of our choice . I want to get out of it and no. Of things which I want to let you know wat this company have done and he they have cheated us. They are as follows:
1.Fake representation made by your sales representative that amc charges of rs. 7, 500 will paid in the year in which you plan for trip, otherwise same is not payable, further this amc covers all sightseens and facilities like car at destination free of cost. Even your sales representative commit us all these things are written in the agreement. However i am very sad to say that these things are not written in your agreement. Your agreement says amc charges to be paid every year whether we make plan or not for trip.
2. Your sales representative told us that apart from list of hotel and resorts of continental club, we have various tie up with various 4 star and 5 star hotels. You can book any hotel at any point of time however such tie up hotels list neither provided by your sales representative nor same is listed on internet.
3. Your sales representative told us that with in 7 days you can cancel the membership and no charges will be deducted, however in your agreement it was written that rs. 10, 000 will be deducted as cancellation charges.
In view of the same fake commitments were made by your sales representative, therefore we want to cancel the membership and refund my 100% money paid without any deduction of cancel charges to maintain good relationships.

Sir I brought a package from continental club holiday but thereafter when i decided to book hotel and call the no they provided to me .
Then firstly the lady didn't answer my call but later she called me to pay another 10000 rupees and saying they will book the faculties for me . Please help in cancelling my membership and asked them to refund my money. As I can only now on you please take care of my request

Sir, I have purchased a 9night/11days package from continental holiday club at 227, 2nd floor ring mall sector 3. On 22-6-18, I and my wife asked them about what facility can they provide us. They told us these facility below
1. Free Pickup and drop from station to hotel and hotel to station
2.free guide for site seeing with vechile
3.ticket for journey via train/air but we have to pay.
But, now they denied to make tickets while I agree to pay.
And they also denied to avail pickup and drop facility at destination. When I ask they told me to pay for fuel.
And also pay for guide vehicle fuel charge.
When I talk to Mr Aalam manager at cch branch. He ask me that does I have any written proof for above facility. When I call those two guys Mr sajid (executive) and Mr Mohak Jain (manager at that time) also agree that they told me about above facility will be provided by cch.
I don't use any packages. I call so many times to Mr Aalam and also call miss Neha countinue 27 June to 30 June but both of them not picking up my phone.

planning for a trip with family but not providing room

Dear sir i have already sent a mail on 30/may/2019 to continental club holiday for a manali-rohtang trip on 21 june to 24 june, with 3 rooms, but they have not given any response till 3 days even after many calls and mail. After that they sent a mail said: we have only one room booking for you.
First time we have taken 2 package from this company. But they are not providing services, we have made pre payment of total 45000 rs in advance for 2 packages.
But its very bad experience, now after this they are also not giving any response,, if they will clear we will make our plan accordingly.
Kindly help to resolve it, so we will make our plan accordingly, if continental club holiday is not able to provide services please help us to refund our money back.

continental club holidays - fraud and money laundering
On 6th april 2019, we were sold a membership worth 25000 in one of the mall in ghaziabad, mr kartik, mr annas promised good holidays pakages at that time. I mailed at [protected]@continentalclubholidays.com on may 6 to tell us holiday package near delhi nc for 7th june and till date i have sent 20 emails and called many times, no response found. Later when i check review on this forum it seems a fraud company making people fool. I have filed a complaint in https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ with docket number: 1349108. I want cancellation of this package and full amount refund as they are not able to provide service as promised.in case my money is not returned, i will file a formal complaint at consumer court and nearest police station of its office jurisdiction. Also i request, all the harassed people like us to take this step and vanish these type of fraud company who is running on our hard-earned money. Aslo, we should advertise and circulate this message on social media so that more people should not be fooled by them ahead. I will contact media as well.

hotel booking - sent 10 e-mails in last 10 days, only response is "we will reply soon"
I have purchased membership in 1st week of April and paid 25, 000 Rs. and two free vouchers. FOr free vouchers after few calls Ms Neha provided list of places which we did not opt. Now we want to utilise our members and No response from anyone. If any senior management ppl is checking the message, pls look into this - Pls note this is my fisrt soft compliant.

We have purchased the membership last year for 1 lac 15000 and we were told that it will be valid for 10 years. After that we whenever called for booking nobody picked up. There was no response on email.
Mohak jain who was presented there left the company & when called he daid i cant do anything. Mr. Alam promised that best services will be provided his number is now temporarily out of service.

Peoples of this company making so many customers fool. they explain so many thing at the time of sale but when really need these thing then they will change their statement as per their convince. with my case they people sale me a product of 42500 of 3N and 4D for 5 years at the time of sale they are saying that we are only for today in Your city jhajjar. i search on net about this company. Ifond so many complaint about these person then on next day i went back on same hotel they are making new customers at that time they give me assurance that we will cancel your request and will revert your full amount with in 24 hours.
but on next day 26/04/2019 after reaching delhi office they change their tone now they are saying you will receive your amount in 30 to 45 working days.
Now i request all customer like me submit their complaint on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in its a goverment site
In next fews days i will get some leave from my plant then i will contact some customers of this company whose i know and will talk about file a case in district consumer Court Jhajjar also.

On the of 13 jan i have taken membership of this co. But after 1-2 days i found something suspicious about this co. So i decided not to continue my membership, firstly they told me it cannot be cancelled but later thier co employee mr imran alam convinced me to continue after promising me that he will provide various facility but when i mailed the same to the co. Sir,
It is submitted that representatives of continental club holidays rohini delhi (Mr brijesh, ms kaur, mr rahul aggarwal, mr kamaran) misguided/missold membership on dated 30.09.2018 at gymkhana club panipat in the following manner;
1. I was told that under membership you will get 10 nights in a year and 50 nights for 5 years (Which can be availed at a time or within five years with extension of three years) free stay at our properties and associate hotels without any extra charges which comes out as rs 1000/per night where as on receipt of membership certificate and telephonic discussion it is revealed that only 3 nights in a year and 15 nights in 5 years with rs 4000/ per year amc charges for properties and rs 4500/ for 3 nights in associates booking.
2. I was told 4 nights free incentive in addition of the above which is now missing.
3. I was told you have option to avail our extended facilities of airport transfer, local sight visit unlimited, local taxes paid on fooding etc by paying amc of rs4000/per year which is now told is for properties maintenance and to be paid before booking compulsorily
On the receipt of membership certificate i immediately called mr kamran on the phone no [protected] which was provided at the time of booking to clarify all that and he told me to reply after inquiring from staff but he didn't turned back rather not attending my calls after giving me mobil no of mr alam [protected]
I called mr alam so many times but he never picked the phone.
I called so many times at customer care phone no[protected] and talked with ms neha. She told me all these things and promised me to respond with in half an hour but she also didn't turned back.
Today ms neha attended my phone and told that deposits will not be refunded at any cost.
As i am not satisfied with commitments of company it is my right to exit as i have not availed any facility from your side and company have misrepresented /missold member ship in the above manner. More over it was not told you have not any option to exit. Now told us that membership can be cancelled with in seven days from application/agreement where as i immediately written after receiving membership certificate from where i came to know all these things. Moreover company mispresented the facts thus that so called agreement becomes null and void.
I request you to please refund my deposit of rs 50000/ as i am not satisfied with company's commitments. I don't wants to continue your membership keeping in mind the above facts and behavior of the representatives.
An early action in the matter is solicited. Member ship no cch[protected]. Moreover i requested two times for booking but company not accomodated. My amount of rs 50000/be refunded

I have been called by continental club holidays for visit & get free vouchers of 3n/4d tour. After meeting up with them they have different packages for tours. They are insisted to select package & get membership. So i have taken 2year package of rs.32500 with mr mohak jain & mr rahul. They have swiped the credit card & done emi in it. They told me that i have an option to cancel if i want within 45days. After 10 days i called them on their number but no one has answered & infact they even did not picked up the call. I called to mohak & rahul but they are refusing to cancel & refund my money. Please help to get it resolved.

our company clearly mention cancellation policy in our package agreement it is within 7 days from date of joining.
After 7 days we cant accept cancellation but we will provide our best service to you.

In the month of january we were sold a membership worth, ₹85000/- by mr. Kamran, area sales manager & consultant raj making us promises of pick & drop to &from anywhere; sightseeing + stay. We can make & cancel the booking for any place at any point of time.
