Sir, i have been told that my hotel booking will be done after 20-feburary-2019 for my booking in march-19. But, what is the reason behind this i am not geeting it. If i want early booking then why i am not getting this early booking. Please look into the complaint, so that i can book my hotels for my darjelling gangtok tour.

I have bought a 6n/7d package of 16000rs and tried booking 2 times through mail and both time it was rejected saying that rooms are not available. I have been calling more than 100 times but the respond from neha is very rude, sales person has left the job, he gave some other sales person number he also has left job. I have been calling alam[protected] since august 2018 and he keep holding me with multiple excuses and now not responding my call.
I was also offered for multiple more offers such as additional coupon for 2n/3d and other vouchers but have received nothing.
3 sales person has left the company and existing represtative are keep delaying me and now my package also expired.

This is in regard to the availing of membership in continental club holiday bearing membership no. Cch[protected] on 05/07/2018 by which an amount of rs. 32, 500/- had been paid to you (Rs.10, 000/- by way of cash and rs.22, 500/- by electronic transaction).
Subsequently, after a laps of about 1½ month i had received the documents containing membership certificate and membership card as well as others documents from continental club holiday which were sent by you on 09.08.2018. The person (Mr. Mohak jain) who sold us the membership and made us promises has left the job. There is no other person to contact
On 15.07.2018 an attempt was made to booking a location for manali from 17/10/2018 to 24/10/2018 by an email. But unfortunately your office did not reply to my email booking. A reminder was sent through email but the unprofessional attitude was shown towards the service request made by me on which i had subsequently cancelled the booking. No heed was paid to my booking request neither any attempt was made towards the same by your good office.
Such an unprofessional attitude towards my request is highly professional and un called for as you were not able to provide the services as assured in the membership details.
I hereby advise you to reimburse my membership in continental club holiday with immediate effect and refund the entire amount of rs. 32, 500/- which has been paid to you (Rs.10, 000/- by way of cash and rs.22, 500/- by electronic transaction) along with damages of rs.10, 000/- forthwith.
In case you do not respond my request within 15 days then i will be constrained to initiate legal proceeding against you, the liability for which will be completely upon you for bearing the cost & consequences.

The person who sold us the membership and made promises has left the job.
There is no other person to contact.
Ms. Neha says please mail for whatever information you need. She doesn't even know the name of the hotels in any place.
The website doesn't work.
It seems you people have fooled us, taken our money and then there is no one to take responsibility.
The options we get on mail are those hotels which can be booked in 1100rs on goibibo site.
Why the hell have we take a membership???
I want our membership to be cancelled and our money back.
Give me the contact of the owner of this club or i 'll drag you to consumer court.
There is no other person to contact.

misrepresented/missold membership refund of money

Sir,
It is submitted that your representatives (Mr brijesh, ms kaur, mr rahul aggarwal, mr kamaran) misguided/missold your membership on dated 30.09.2018 at gymkhana club panipat in the following manner;
1. I was told that under membership you will get 10 nights in a year and 50 nights for 5 years (Which can be availed at a time or within five years with extension of three years) free stay at our properties and associate hotels without any extra charges which comes out as rs 1000/per night where as on receipt of membership certificate and telephonic discussion it is revealed that only 3 nights in a year and 15 nights in 5 years with rs 4000/ per year amc charges for your properties and rs 4500/ for 3 nights in associates booking.
2. I was told 4 nights free incentive in addition of the above which is now missing.
3. I was told you have option to avail our extended facilities of airport transfer, local sight visit unlimited, local taxes paid on fooding etc by paying amc of rs4000/per year which is now told is for properties maintenance and to be paid before booking compulsorily
On the receipt of your membership certificate i immediately called mr kamran on the phone no [protected] which was provided at the time of booking to clarify all that and he told me to reply after inquiring from staff but he didn't turned back rather not attending my calls after giving me mobil no of mr alam [protected]
I called mr alam so many times but he never picked the phone.
I called so many times at customer care phone no[protected] and talked with ms neha. She told me all these things and promised me to respond with in half an hour but she also didn't turned back.
Today ms neha attended my phone and told that deposits will not be refunded at any cost.
As i am not satisfied with your commitments it is my right to exit as i have not availed any facility from your side and you have misrepresented /missold your member ship in the above manner. More over it was not told you have not any option to exit. Now told us that membership can be cancelled with in seven days from application/agreement where as i immediately written after receiving membership certificate from where i came to know all these things. Moreover company mispresented the facts thus that so called agreement becomes null and void.
I request you to please refund my deposit of rs 50000/ as i am not satisfied with company's commitments. I don't wants to continue your membership keeping in mind the above facts and behavior of the representatives.
An early action in the matter is solicited.

Ms kajal met us in rohini office and took us through the membership procedure with the help of mr mohak jain. Both are no more associated with the company.
Ms neha and mr alam needs to be approached for new booking, but both do not respond over call/ sms/ email.
Company was not able to provide service and they are denying refund of money.
I have raised complaint with consumer care, details of complaint:
1. Service not provided by way of not answering calls/ emails (No show)
2. Fake commitments done initially at the time of offering services and you are unable to serve your customers (Deficiency of services)
3. At the time of initial offer, we were invited and assured to provide world class services.in original booklet, suggested hotel is different from the options offered lateron. And, also the properties shown during our visit were something else (Fake commitments)

We received our membership documents in open envelope After making several call regarding the documents received in the open envelope. NO body has shared the details of the courier services and the details person who delivered the papers and whom it has received.. we received the open envelope. The personal details has been made open publicly no action taken by the company.

Below are points which are committed by ur sahil
Main commitments:
1) every year total 12 n/ 14 d (I got only 6 n/ 7 d in email)
2) in ur jaipur hotel not any activity in working
3) not given any food voucher as he said that for 5000 rs
4) not any vlcc voucher as he promised for 10, 000 rs
5) room is so small only single room given but he promised that alone room for kids and dining and also kitchen

as per your booking request in JAIPUR we were booked your holidays in 4 star resorts CAMBEY KUKAS JAIPUR with your written permission before booking .
and you also talked with our MRD Executive Ms. NEHA and she will promise you for better hospitality in future because we dont know that you will not happy with 4 star hospitality.
you were signed our 10 years membership agreement for 6 nights 7 days accommodation only in 3 star to 5 star hospitality and our company will provide the same.
as some commitment from our sales team company will owner always.
1) will provide you always 6 nights 7 days extra accommodation every year through exchange company and our executive were sent a mail apart from welcome mail.
2) activity's are seasonable but swimming pool and gym was you enjoyed with your family and you also shared your experience with us.
3) sir as food voucher we were booked your accommodation with breakfast and you was avail it in jaipur but no issue will also provide you in future bookings.
4) we have VLCC or VIBES spa voucher you will ask for it from our MRD Ececutive anytime in 10 years.
5) as you joined our studio apartment membership its only for 2 adults with 2 kids thats why rooms was small. but if you need big room in future we provide.

because your all problem will short out from our side.
1) as you joined our 5 years package for 3 Nights 4 days accommodation only per year.
2) 4000 is annual maintenance cost including all taxes to maintain your package.
3) you have to pay taxes only as administration fee at the time of booking gift voucher of 3 night 4 days.

I am the member of so called continental club holidays under seaice. At the time of membership they showed lots of 5 star properties at many locations. But after sometime i asked them a property in nainital then they gave us only 3 options which were of 1 or 2 star categories..
When asked why they told that they don't have any property in nainital.. I was very disappointed with their service. When i called their customer service no., they told that we can't cancel the membership at any cost.
I have not used any of their service from the start of membership till now.. Still they are refusing it..
I paid a sum of rs 42000 almost a year back.
I am a government doctor by profession..

we was provided the 3 option of nainital and all property's are 3 star plus. and you were refused it because of AMC (annual maintenance charge ) when our executive ask for AMC than you deny to pay it. and also deny for booking.
dear sir we never want to deny for booking you can avail it without any hassle but you have to pay AMC. because all taxes and administration free are included in AMC, and it was already informed you and it was clearly mentioned in the agreement which was you signed at the time of package joined.

not providing any membership till date
On 20th may 2018 we r giving rs.7500 to this co. Online tr. But till date we couldn't get our plan membership detail. It is out off business practice. We want our refund back from this so called co. They don't give any clarification out this delay. We feel we are cheated by them. Also looking a fake co. There employee also doing false promises and not arranging my membership.

I want to tell every one who is going to take the membership of this cheat company that don't take Continental club holidays membership. It is a cheat company which swallow all your money for a cheep service.
They will not provide you hotels whenever you need it and not refund your amount also.
I myself cheated by this company for Rs. 61000.00 and now I am going to file complaint before the district consumer forum.

First I have not requested any booking for Udaipur. This might be your taktics to please other customers but I have already lodged a complaint in consumer court and already apprised to Ms Neha about it. You are Chester's you have never provided me booing when ever required. Rahul agrawal stopped picking up my calls after selling me the membership. He made me false promises. You are not returning my amount. Better leave this taktics and come to court.

My self hitendra jain we have been invited by continental club holidays in jodhpur after having meeting of 1-2 hrs they have made lots of commitment while providing the plan that you get the hotel of 3 star and above category and spa facility and personal driver and will get travel card and vlcc coupon of 10000/- rs i have paid 85000/- rs midiately to them they have created tat much pressures on us and i hv given immediate transfer of 25000/- and remaining by check and after taking the plan i received my membership card aprox 6 month from the day i made payment and because of this membership we are not able to go any where because the continental club holiday people firstly they don’t receive the call and secondly they don’t revert of over mails and wrongly if anyone receive are call and when i said for booking hotel in udaipur which is under dae then they say we don’t have dae hotel bookings, which is given in there brousher too that they are member of dae and we can book any hotel in tat but when i asked them to book redission blue hotel in udaipur they said they will not be able to book that take some other option at that time i said them to give me the list of hotels they will be able to provide me but yet i have not received any mail from continental club holidays this membership have spoil my holiday plannings as well as my working time. So i want my hard earned money back n don’t want such membership. Please help me to get out of this all

cancellation of membership and reverting money

On feb16, 2018, after several phone calls from continental club holidays, i professor dr sc gupta along with my wife spent almost two hours with mohak jain, alka and mr yadav. We were very reluctant to buy their plans but they almost forced and took our debt card very hurriedly to swipe. The plan was for re 35000/.
After searching the net we found what so ever they gave us in writing and told was all wrong. Looking at the things we sent a registered letter on feb 20, 2018 for cancellations of the contract and requested to refund our money re 35000.
After that we called the continental club office in delhi almost every day, but they always put on lame excuses.
On april 06, 2018, continental club informed us that they will return our money, but now again they have refused to do so.
On the net there are dozens of similar complaints about the breach of contract by this company. They entrape the customers and don't provide any service.
Other grieved persons should collectively sue this company for cheating.

I have membership card of continental. But they are not taking my bookings. I have tried many times. It seems that they have cheated me and ran away. I want them to respond and as i am planning my next trip book my hotels for that trip. The city i am visiting is mentioned in their prospectus. I have paid and i need either refund or book my hotel. Myself himanshu arora just finished my membership with this company. Just like others i was also invited by them at pitampura after few hours session they forced me to take their plan as i am. Travelling lover i took their one year 6ngts membership plan in that period i travel three destination last one was my goa trip

not refunding my money
This is to inform that myself, satish chandra chowdhary was invited by team of continetal club holidays for attending an orientation program for explaining about your company and holidays ownership plans, to spare some time along with my spouse smt. Sarla chowdhary by tanya for visiting hotel chandra inn, panch batti circle, air port road, jodhpur on 15th july, 2017.

I along with my wife sarla, visited hotel chandra inn jodhpur on 15th july, 2017.
Mr. Rajneesh pandey attended us and briefed about the plan, and subsequently senior mr. Mohak jain too briefed about the plan in detail.
We were their for about 90 minutes, and were not sure about to take the membership plan, yet reluctantly we had given rs. 1000 cash for login of booking as initial amount. However, we made clear that final decision shall be taken by us with in half an hour after discussions with our kid and shall inform them accordingly.
I came back and conveyed them that, it shall not be possible for us to accept membership plan and thus requested them to cancell our log in and refund us cash amount by 5.30 pm on the same day and requested them to refund us cash amount of rs. 1000 back to us.
They expressed inability to refund cash amount of depost back to us, but advised me to send a e mail to you, with a request for cancellation and ask you for refund back of rs. 1000 only.
Thereby we request you to cancel the log in and refund me rs. 1000 by transferring the amount in my saving account of yes bank as per following details.
Surprisingly i have tried to contact mrd executive mr. Alam, other officer like himanshu, mohak jain number of time, and subsequently, they never picked up mobile and never respond back, as if they hae blocked our number as not to respond back.
I have sent more then 20 e mail, and even after confirmation in writing that they are refunding amount by mail from alam, who is mrd, do not wish to refund even rs. 1000.
It appears, this company is of lers and cheaters, and never honour their own commitment. They always make false promises, till you come under their clutch.
This company should be black listed and should not allow them to make public fool by using unethical working.
No one should take membership of this company.

I krishna kumar agrawal got a call from your continental club officials in april 2017 and they invited me and my wife at d mall rohini delhi. There mr. Rahul agrawal attended us and made us false promises about the membership. We paid rs 10000/- on that day and on second day after reading cch we refused to take membership. Rahul come to our home next day and insisted & forsed us and again made false promises and cheated us by giving wrong information. He assured us to provide best accommodation along with food plans, spa facility, car for site seeing @ 3 to 9 rs /km, 4-5 star properties, etc. Etc. We paid 61000/- for 5 year membership for 6nights/year for all season membership. Also he told us to provide 30 nights in addition in dae membership.
Now they are offering me budget hotels making excuse of peak days (My membership is for all season). Also mr. Imran told me that there is a policy problem with dae and it will take 3-4 months more time. (Not sure after 3-4 moths this will be given). Now they are telling me that rahul is not company we can give services according to company rules and regulation. Rahul also promised me that i can surrender the membership in 1 year time if i am unsatisfied with their service. After that in april 6 2017 i requested mr. Rahul to cancel my membership and refund my amount that he stopped replying me and has changed his mobile no. Now he is not tsking my calls.
I felt cheated and asked mr. Imran & mr. Himanshu to refund my amount but they are refusing to refund my membership fee of rs. 61000/- which i have paid to them.

We were invited to the Ring road mall delhi to attend a seminar for tours and packages where we were forced by Mr. Imran and Mr. Rahul to buy this memebership for 5 years . They had promised us to give the hotels bookings and till date we have been requesting on mails but no confirmation has been received and the hotel projected has been always chnaged by advising a 2 or a 1 * property . Our membership card for International travel has still not been received in past 7 months . They had forcefully swipped Rs. 60000 from our credit card assuring us the services . We are fed up of calling them again and again . It looks like as if we are beggars . I need my refund back at the earliest as i donot wish to call up or send the mail to their office and keep waiting for their reply which never comes .

I was invited with family for free holiday coupon on the behalf of continental club holidays on 27 jan 2017 in the evening 6 o'clock at continental club holidays office, 227, ring road mall, sector 3, rohini, delhi 85. I met with mr. Imran khan and his collegue. Instead he started showing us some holidays packages. They project me five year plan and give me one year trial plan for rs 17500. I asked him for emi payment then they took my credit card and swap 16500 rs. They forcefully asked me to take the decision on the table and in the confusion i said yes reluctantly. After a few days i realized that they are talking somethig else and not what they said at the time of purchage of membership. I mailed him within few days for cancellation and refund of full amount. They did not refunded money instead assured me that they will prowide me booking of hotel around 20 day before my travel plan.
Now when we plan for travel to shimla 8-10 june, firstly they agree to provide booking in hotel mayur, mall road shimla. Then they again try to extort me by demanding rs 3000 before booking confirmation. When i asked him for the same. Within few days they told me that they can not provide hotel in shimla on said date.
I had made all other arrangemeng, like train ticket booking for to and frow for my trip on their assurance.
I cancell my travell plan because they did not provide hotel booking, with loss in rs thousand because of train ticket booking.
I mailed him again to fully refund my money. But they are not refunding.

There Mr.mohak jain and his manager attended us and told there 10 yr holiday package in detail for almost 2 hours and when I denied to take there plan they have only given me a trip voucher and when I enquired about vlcc voucher he said it is not in stock and he will get that mailed to me but till yet not received any call and they r still befooling us that they will provide voucher but nothing they are doing . Kindly look into the matter asap. And this company is a big cheat doing miscommitments and will waste your so much of time.

There Mr.mohak jain and his manager attended us and told there 10 yr holiday package in detail for almost 2 hours and when I denied to take there plan they have only given me a trip voucher and when I enquired about vlcc voucher he said it is not in stock and he will get that mailed to me but till yet not received any call and they r still befooling us that they will provide voucher but nothing they are doing . Kindly look into the matter asap. And this company is a big cheat doing miscommitments and will waste your so much of time.

when you were invited that time vibes vouchers were not in stock. after that whenever you called we replied to you that you can come anytime and collect the voucher from our office.

Cancellation and non refund of membership amount

This is to inforn you that we got a call from your club officials and they invited me and my wife at a hotel in udaipur rajasthan.we had taken membership of your club In august 2016.and Mr imran alam n Mr abhishek represented on behalf of continental club.they assured us to provide best accommodation along with food plans.they cheated us by presenting wrongful facts, terms and conditions.they promised to provide AC rooms, 3 star facility, .initially we were informed about the inclusion of breakfast along with accommodation.and also while paying the amount they asked for further payments through my wife's credit card and promised to pay interest.but ncame to know that all these things were fakewe are paying the interest. Last month I made kumbhalgarh On 3&4december for celebrating my wife's bdayBut latter I came to Know that all these things were fake. Last month I planned two nights visit (3&4dec)to kumbhalgarh on the occasion of my wife birthday.I informed Mr imran alam for booking.he changed the hotels detail again n again.he assured me that he will arrange best accommodation and asked to deposit 2000rs for two nights in advance.when we reached the hotel on 3dec at around 4pm, we were shocked to see the hotel.the man at reception was drunken and a very small room without a.c.the bathroom in the room was dirty n stinking and no basic ammenties were there either in bathroom and room.Seeing such situation I cancelled my trip for second day i.e.on 4dec, instead of previously scheduled 5dec.I telephonically informed everything to imran .
Considering all these misleading assurances by your staff I m feeling as if I had been cheated badly and now I want to withdraw my membership from your company.I m hereby surrendering my membership. Kindly refund my whole amount I.e.105000rs along with the 2000rs which I paid for this trip.
And kindly consider it is a serious complain and refund the whole amount without any further delay.it is deficiency in services and actionable also under consumer laws.

I was invited for free holiday coupon on the behalf of continental club holidays (entry pass no. was-hk02b9) on 11 Aug 2016 in the evening 6 o'clock at udiyapole udaipur .in the hotel i met with mr. Imran Khan and Preeti Jindal, he project me some holidays packages. they project me 5 yrs plan of 40000 on emi and take my credit card and swap 40000 rs. they forcefully asked me to take the decision on the table and in the confusion i said yes reluctantly. after a few days i checked their review over internet and i found that they scam to people and i realize this when i dont get the interest amount based on EMI as a cashback, they always say we will give you today and tomorrow, after few days i ask for complete refund they said we can give you a partial refund in 45-60 days, when i ask to get the refund now, so then they didn't send any respond from their side, i tried to contact them like 20-50 times but they always let me down, its like Harassment to me, Hence i want my money back, a complete refund now of Rs 40000

Please note that, i have invited for free holiday coupon on the behalf of continental club holidays (entry pass no. was-hk02b9) on 21 july in the evening 7 o'clock at kc road cross, panchkula sector 10.in the hotel i met with mr. mohak jain, (and their managers) he project me some holidays packages. but i refused everything then after long time they project me 5 yrs plan of 40000 on emi and take my credit card and swap 18000 rs. and further amount they will take after the credit card limit increases they will do their own they committed. and said they will refund my money if i dont like it initially.
But they dont take any further action till date. now mr. mohak ([protected]) is not picking my phone yet.
Now i am not interested in this plan please refund my 18000 rs.
