Convergys India — Have not received any response

I have been an employee with Convergys, Pune from June 30 2015 to Jan 25 2016. After 2 months (standard cooling off period) I started with the procedure to obtain my experience letter as well as withdraw my PF from the company. This was firstly compounded by the fact that the company had, in the past, refused to give me my salary slip from October 2015 onward, stating that there has been a change in the online portal that handles the sending of the salary slip emails. Same is the case with my experience letter. Was told by the company to send an email to "[protected]@convergysindia.com" for my experience letter. On sending the email to this site, i received their response stating "Please meet your concerned HR business partner". On conveying both these pieces of information to the HR department of the company, all i have got from them is a curt "we'll look into it and get back to you". That's it. For past 10 months, all that i have received is false promises. Additionally, on the official UAN website, the only amount info in the passbook is that of my previous place of employment.

Convergys India Asked me to pay INR 22609 on email via HR Assist.
Since I have paid the amount there is no response from them.

Please note, your full and final settlement has been processed in the month of April 2015. As per our records there is a recovery of amount Rs 22609 /- which you need to pay to Convergys in order to settle your F&F dues. The recovery was against 30 notice pay days not served, Access card “Other Deductions”. Find attached your F&F pay slip for reference.

Kindly pay the recovery amount either through bank transfer or by submitting a Demand Draft. Once the amount is credited in our account then we will issue an experience Letter. Please share the Screen shot of the online bank transaction made, date of transaction, transaction ID and your employee id to HR Assist team after making the payment. While making the payment please enter your Name, Emp Id in remarks column.
