Convergys India — National holidays are converting into Weekly off

Here is the issue in detailed:

My name is Reshma and I requesting you to do not reveal my name in this regards.

Concentrix acquisition of Convergys at 2018, I have been working with this organization since 4 years now as a consultant.

I get 2 rotational week offs since I joined. If there is any holiday in the particular month than we used to get 2 week offs+PH which means public holiday.

Now they have changed this and they only gives us 2 week offs and no holiday and they simply change our 1 week into PH again which means Pubic Holiday and in this they deduct our earned leave instead of week off.

As per the company, we do have 10 National Holidays. but they are deducting our Eared Leaves.

Yearly, they deduct my 10 earned leaves instead of PH. I'm losing my 10 earned leaves without reason.
