Sir, i'm facing grid horizontal lines across the screen and it is give trouble to handle phone. Kindly provide solution for remove the grid line across the screen.
From last few days i am facing this problem and try to solves problem my end but it is not possible. Grid horizontal lines are give too much problems to handle the mobile phone. Please look into this matter as soon as.

Sir coolpad mega 5a 14/07/2019 bill number-902 6000rs siddhi omer telecom se liya tha.
Handset me 1 year warranty mili thi.
Handset me networking problem aa rhi hai. Handset me pictures clear nhi aa rhi hai & handset is very hang.
Shop me le kr gye lekin usne handset ko shi nhi krwaya or uske parts mistake kr diya hai or bol rha hai ki coolpad company ke handset shi nhi aate hai.
Coolpad company chor hai is types se customer ko problem creat krta hai

I have given my coolpad note 8 for warrenty service since it porblem with headphone after a week i got back and faced several other issues like no call sound, vibirator not woking sound butten not working and all. Again they created another job sheet on 25-dec-2019 still now i dint get back and service center saying no parts rcvd from coolpad headofffice. I tried their customar care several times they not answering properly not just asking to wait, i sent several emails not response from coolpad. Job# vt[protected], job2#vt[protected]. Some one adice me with their headoffice address at india to take legal proceedings, i will not leave as it is

Cool Pad India not able to provide proper services after sending reminder from past one year .Coolpad product is very poor product after some time product get heat up, hanging issue, voice / mic issue, auto re start, after replacement of PCB the problem remain same . many time inform to company and service center they are not able to resole my issue ... please help us

Didn't get even a single update after purchase. My phone os is still hanging on "lollipop" and due to this my administration got invalid and i'm facing serveral issues with the system. CoolPad India is not able to provide after sale service.
Many times i have contact with them but still no solution received from them.
spare parts not available in company also

Dear Mr Rakesh,

today i visited your service center and i submitted my handset to Mr Aakash Owner of the Service center

they clearly told me they can book handset only after provide the cost of repair before that they can't booked the same.

please check the cctv footage with voice recording .

and please let me know what the issue if there is some scratch on screen . i don't have any issue with my screen.

and i will show & prove you that there is no liquid damage reported in my hand set first .

2nd there is a issue in ear phone jack is free or inside thimble is old and week due to this hands free not working and as per your service eng. they are not able to repair the hands free jack. i said OK then what is the solution they said main board will be replace . is this is way of quality checking from your service center .

Mr Rakesh i think your dont have any control on your service center they making phool to customer only. also they commit they dont have any spare in company to replace.

and i just received the call from your service center ruby madam say that please visit us once again and will re-check the device and confirm the issue ????????

The fingerprint sensor of my phone is not working and the app used to modify fingerprint settings has disappeared.
And the microphone of my phone is not working well. During a call the person on the other side cannot hear my voice even if the network is good.
What should i do in order to resolve these problems? Pleas attend this complaint as soon as possible.

I bought coolpad cool 1 in 2017 and now it is 2019 no update come from coolpad for this phone. Except your company other company are giving update to their phones properly. So why you come and launched product in india if you only give customer service to china. Leeco and coolpad collebrate and make cool 1 dual in which leeco has its android software and you made that phone. But leeco run out from india and cool 1 has system update is also by leeco. So leeco left india so update came or not if not. My suggestion you to seal your company as you can made phone and cannot provide update and customer service

I have purchased a coolpad cool 1 dual from amazone. It takes about 8 hours to get fully charged. They given me an adapter of 5 v 2 a. May i know actually how much time did it actually takes to get fully charged. Company has mentioning in description about fast charging and i am not getting the benefit. So please give me a solution for this problem

I bought my coolpad mega 2.5 d an year ago... I thought coolpad would be a life changing experience... But it turned out to the worst... Before coolpad i was using a redmi 1s which i thought was an avg. Phone... But this phone... What should i tell about this phone... Actually there is nothing to tell about... To be very precise, 'it is the worst phone one can ever buy'... Even micromax and karbon mobiles are much better than this... The day i was buying this 'world's best phone' i had an option to buy any one of the two: moto g and coolpad megaa 2.5 d... And i actually chose the one which was never meant to be chosen...

Reaons why one should not buy this phone or actually not buy actually any phone from this company:

First i'll mention those which one can tolerate...
1. Slow quick charging... Means its qick charging charges very slowly compared to any other normal android phone.
2. User interface... When u first check the phone u will feel that its quiet common to the ios type but its no where near to it... Its very
3. Battery backup... Its below average
4. It has a very week processor...
5. It cannot be rooted...
6. No custom roms available...

Now the ones which will be very hard to tolerate...
1. Ads... There are so many adware installed in this phone that u may feel to throw this phone every time an ad comes on ur screen...
2. These are full screen ads on which there is a cross on right top corner... Which if pressed will actually download some sort of a virus file...
3. These virus files keep on downloading in the background and gets stored somewhere in the internal storage further creating a lot of troubles...
This phone doesn't have any bloatware but it has some virus apps which keeps running in the background further damaging ur phone...
I[censored] delete those virus files, it will again get downloaded and the same procedure will follow again...

Further i would say that in the age of new and developing technology, this is a waste product... And should be therefore removed from the market
I don't have any personal grudge against coolpad... Some of their devices are average but some are worse than worst... And should be removed or improved

I have purchased cool pad cool1 from amazon in jan 18 and the product is still under warrantee, went to service center in pune
As the phone was having screen touch issues, the service center denied of taking the phone and repairing it and gave the excuse saying the product is not available in the catalogue

I brought coolpad's cool 1 in march 2018. After 2-3 month display shows black grid-like dead pixels sometime. Then i tried to find out service center near me so i get that in october when i see this update in a website. I immediately go for service and i gave bills and everything that they need. When i got there they told me that i need to wait for 30 minutes for checking the phone. He told me that there is no water or liquid damager they say one supporter for display ribbon cable was not found. He refuses to take my phone for warrenty. I told him i never go for warranty this is my first time and i never opened this device physically. Still he refuses. I attached photo with this mail please check it out. I contact with servral manufacturers they told me that this kind of problem strat from manufacturing. They told me that some workers forgot to put that on your phone. They also told me that tell to coolpad about that.

Right now i am facing too many problems right now because this phone please solve my issue fast as possible. I already contacted with coolpad about that they told me to sent a mail.

I submitted my device on 3rd august 2018 still it hasn't repaired, i contacted many times to customer care but they gave false promised to give within a week, they suggested me to give box details in click, previous jobsheet number, after giving all details still i haven't received my device, when i went to local service centre they said they have ended their contract and the phone is delhi service. Then again i contacted to toll free number but they could not give any solution, only said to send mail, i mailed and they replied it's in repairing process, every week i tried to contact by mail and every time they replied the same auto generated mailed.

Just telling lies that the coolpad cool 1 update is progressing, and not available due to technical issues. Still no any security updates, version is outdated, it is purchased for 13000 rs and no any support from company. Android os is provided by lecco company, and phone is built by coolpad, don't know to whom should update is to be asked.
And the customer services is also bad. The parts of mobile is not available.

The auto rotate is not working properly. When I want to rotate it dose not rotates many times and when I do not want to rotate it rotates sometimes. It is showing landscape view when I am on potrait mode and shows potrait view when I am on landscape mode
Also the calling is not working properly. sometimes the when I click the call button it disconnects call immediately. To make it again working I have to restart the phone which takes a lot of time.

I would like to have your kind attention on the issue that i am facing with the service support of your brand coolpad.

Please note that my phone coolpad note - 5 had an issue with its display recently. I have given my phone to the near by coolpad service center on 23-august-2018

At adr technologies - 40/8092 1st floor, dd junction buildings,, kochi, kerala 682035, india

As my phone is under warranty they agreed to change the display in 2 weeks.
I approached them after 2 weeks but the response to me was really poor.
They asked me more time and showed me the new display that they received as a replacement.

I can clearly see that the old display was removed and replaced by a new one. The quality of the new display was so poor and the new display was not working at all on my phone.

Now it has been almost 1 month and there is no response from their side.
This is not the kind of support and service we the customers are expecting from a reputed company like coolpad.

Kindly please have a look on this matter and i hope you will take necessary action against it.

I have bought coolpad note 6 on 27th may 2018 via flipkart...
List of problems met me while using your product in only 3 months:-
*the loudspeakers makes noise while playing songs..
*hangs too much when using messenger, whatsapp, instagram... It displays app isn't responding several times (Still i'm facing this problem since bought it)
*camera quantity is very down market

Consider my request i want another device of same price... Or refund my money... I bought it for ₹9999. And i think i just wasted my money
