Dear Sir,

I have purchased above mentioned smart phone from Amazon India on 04/06/2016. It's invoice no KA- BLR[protected], and it's IMEI NO - [protected].

After using this smart phone faces following problem - Pioneer become dead, not responding. For the same problem I have talked to Coolpad customer care, and according to their advice, the same phone hand over to service centre, at Rajkot city.
The details of service centre are - Anil services, 33, Silver chamber, Tagore Road, Rajkot - 360002.
It's service job sheet details were- JS[protected], dated 17/12/2016. Job sheet clearly mentioned the cause - DEAD(RWR-BAND).
Tough the phone having warranty still he mentioned the remark i.e out of warranty, which was not accepted by me, still for necessary repairs phone was handed to service centre, ignoring the remark.
Service centre had returned the phone without any repairs, service centre also refused to return back the phone to seller.

Requesting you to look into the matter on priority and allow me to return the phone to Amezon, as early as possible. I would like to ensure you that phone was not damaged, during its usagest and handling. Hence request you to consider my case on p to and replace the phone under warranty.

I have given my coolpad dazen 1 mobile to repair on 29.9. 2016 in coolpad service center 'Krushna Electronics' Shop No. 6, Basement, Navneet Bharat Cooperative housing Society, Castle mill Naka, Thane(W), But since last 3 and half months I never got my mobile as they promised to give in 15 days. Customer care of company which is at Dehli is also not responding positively and saying part is not available.

I have given my mobile on oct22nd till they have not returned my mobile and even not ready confirm the proper date still it under repair. I donno when they will return.

Please help me out on this. I called coolpad service center more than 40times visited abids service center more than 5 times unlimited calls to abids center still no response please help me out.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased coolpad dazon 1 android phone 1 year back, than after some time it doesn't show the sim's and also having starting problem, that means it had taking time to start approximate 5-7 minutes, and it also dosn't showing the IMEI no.

I was visited the service center 2-4 times but they just update the software and it would working good for next 4-5 days, but again the same issues appear.

last time I visit to center they suggest me to update again and i have to pay for it, also saying that if the phone's Motherboard short circuit, I am responsible for that, they are not.

Please support as fast as you can and give me the proper response. Because it spoil your brand name and value which I have trust.

Sir,
I bought this device because, it gave assurance that i will recieve the OTA update by tje end of june 2016, and 6 months past june 10, still there is no signs of the update in my update section, and the coolpadforum availabe there, i loged the same problem there, but instead of working on upgrade, they are deleting my message posts, kindly work and provide an upgrade, the truat over your company has been lost, and i am not recommending your mobile phones to anyone in future, because of your poor after sale services,

I purchase coolpad note5 mobile from amazon on Oct2016, my second sim slot not working but memory card working.

I was go their at your service centre at rohini-sec 3 on dtd. 05.01.2016 tell my problem and they are demanding me Rs. 450 for cheking the phone if i will not repair.

How can they demanding me but they said this is company policy. How ita possible if mobile in warrenty than how can you charge money.

Please help me for repair my new phone i am not comfortable for using only one sim in dual sim mobile phone.

Please help n take some necessary action on this matter...

I will submit a year phone in janakpuri service centre he dont call me i will call in customer care to check my status he told me your yearphone is ready 2days ago go and collect i will go to service centre he told me your yearphone is not ready because service centre head is not present on that day and another manager on duty time he going to outside this is not our problem
Coolpad service centre service and facility is very very worst dont buy anyone coolpad mobile phone

I inspired by the specifications you offer on this coolpad note 5
That's why I brought the phone but it's having defects in that phone
Mainly
1) Automatically switch off the phone and not restarting
2) Unable to charge the battery

Since one month I'm facing the problem
That mobile wasn't working properly
your company making a good products with good specifications but your service is very very very bad

Up to now I didn't get my phone back
I'm don't get any service details at your side
this is your branding failure for the future sales and customers are unhappy with your fecilitated service

I purchased coolpad note 3 lite mobile on 28th May 2016. On 10th Nov-2016 i approached service center due to some mother board problem for which the service provider promised to resolve the problem in 15days. But till now i.e.,[protected] i have not received my mobile inspite of several calls and mails to the concerned customer care.

I has purchased coolpad note 3, 3 months ago after 3 months it will be problem with charging port issue in handset .i am visit service center of coolpad dadar but customer care representative talk rudely and he has not ready to repair my handset he has told your handset has affected by water but i know my handset cover all way and it has never drop in water or never split water and he has told we are repair but chargable base of rs 1500

i am bought coolpad note 3 mobile in August. In this mobile software problem are coming. I went to coolpad service center in ITDCL Tech Support gayendra ganj Gwalior he taking 250 rs charges. My mobile in warranty . i am not giving any charges. I have a bill of this mobile. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

phone is not working, having some issues with its power management/software, i guess.
its getting restarted over and over again also get hang while doing so.
i've been trying to be in touch with the coolpad customer care team, but they havn't replied to any of my mail for over a last month.
not even a single reply.
it's really so much uncomfortable/ un-ethical.

* issue started ever since i purchased this phone.
* never got any reply from the customer care regarding the issue.

I buyed a cool pad phone from amazon after 10 my mobile outing voice problem phone was under warranty so i went to service center[protected] and give them my cell phone they told me they will repair and return on (1 week) but now they are not giving me my cellphone. I don't know when will my dead cell phone will repair

We have visited many times to the service center and every time they ask to us to come back after 1 week

This phone shut down when in use and it dont turn on.
Can't use for anything. Showed complaint after 2 weeks o[censored]se and given to service center and coolpad company it returned after 3 months it still complaint.
Given to coolpad noida and returned with new board but the complaint still exist as same. I can't even call.
Very lagging and servicing don't shows the result. Need a refund or replacement.
Its the 3rd time am going to send again to noida!! I don't trust them now, i only used 2 weeks!!! It completed 3 and half months after buying still they didn't fixed the complaint.
I am fed up with this phone every time i ran to cool center. Please help me to get my valuable money back or replacement.
