I have bought coolpad note 6 on 27th may 2018 via flipkart...
List of problems met me while using your product in only 3 months:-
*the loudspeakers makes noise while playing songs..
*hangs too much when using messenger, whatsapp, instagram... It displays app isn't responding several times (Still i'm facing this problem since bought it)
*camera quantity is very down market

Please sir,
Consider my request i want another device of same price... Or refund my money... I bought it for ₹9999. And i think i just wasted my money

On[protected] i bought a coolpad c1-s00-cool 1 3gb gold mobile phone. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem:
1) dead /no charging

I had submitted mobile in service center dated[protected].in this long time coolpad handset company my mobile do not repair and do not replace. Please note my complaint and keep process fast justice to me

I have purchased coolpad mega 3 and the phone is continuously popping up ads. I have even done factory reset to ensure that there are no new apps installed but ads are coming up even then. Please provide resolution. I have seen that it is installing some apps automatically such as clock and filze without any authorization.

Besides showing ads, it is also installing apps such as kotak bank app and what not on its own through some back door.

I am suing this company for unfair business practices and anyone who has been cheated by coolpad and wants to join me, please contact me.

I am bought a new coolpad model no.C103 DT.06/07/18 through amazon site. Last one week I have face the problems 1- phone gone in auto optimized and 2- not taken the charging.
I am contact the customer care for this issue but no response and suggestion at till date.after all not a one month bought me a coolpad phone, I am facing the many problems within the last one week.

I had bought coolpad cool 1 from Amazon in August 2017. On 27 June some vertical white lines appear on my handset screen . Then I submitted it to my near by service centre that is nehru place . After soo many days whenever I call to ask about my phone they always said the status is pending it is going to be a month.

I had bought a Coolpad cool1 mobile from amazon in the month of april.A month after using it, I started observing vertical lines on the display, for which I had given my mobile at the Coimbatore coolpad service centre.
Its been more than 40 days now, and I still haven't recieved my mobile.The centre claims the status of my complaint to still be in process and that the necessary part is out of stock.
This response from your side is extremely dissappointing.
Kindly do the needful or refund my amount.

I was facing some problem such as frequent popups such as cool service has failed. And as per the suggestion from Coolpad customer care executive I have upgraded to Nnaugat. After upgrading the fingerprint option is missing. When I call to customer care again, the answer from customer service executive is to visit to service centre. No other option available.

Hello my name is nevil and i have bough coolpad note 5 phone in feb 2017 and suddenly two day before in my phone fingerprint app was not available on display so i checked in setting security than it was missing from there also so my phone is not properly secured so please solve my problem and get my fingerprint lock back i can't use my fingerprint lock and

My job card no: ME[protected], i want give complaint against on cool pad service center visakhpatnam people and your telephone customer care.

Complaint No 1: My phone was submitted on 15.06.18 while giving my phone i asked service center people how may day it will require to resolve the problem??? for that your people answered you will receive with in 7 to 10 days, so for that i have called them on 25.06.18 about the status they said it will take another 10 days. is this is the good service your providing to the customers, i need compensation for the 10 days.

Complaint No 2: In order to complaint on service center people I called on 25.06.18 04:09pm to customer care no: [protected]. I think Maju or Manjulu garu attempted my call and a lot of discussion i told her to transfer my call to her superior but she suppose to refuse to transfer my call and again a lot of discussion she told me that i am transferring your call to my superior, but you people belive or not i have waited for 27 mins after that the call was disconnected automatically for that i am attaching my call screen shot also. I need proper reason why so was not connected my call to superior and immediate apologizes.

Seriously I am saying i need immediate apologizes from above complaints, and i need compensation form delay delivery of my product.

Virus files install in my phone and when i am unistall these files that they are reinstall in my phone and many advertising app show on front of screen when i click on cross tab it aaps automatically get download and many apps reinstalled in my phone after uninstalling these apps and i loss my data package its very bad to me i feel same on me that i buy a coolpad mobile

Bought a coolpad mobile and it was under warranty. But when i visited service centre they charged me extra money 250 rupees forcefully and the behaviour of the employee was too rude and harsh.
They asked me if don't pay them than they will be too harsh with me.
Even they used foul language too...
I bought this mobile from amazon.

I bought a coolpad note 5 in past year through amazon. My mobile display was suddenly shutdown, but mobile is still working. So, i bring my mobile to chennai thiruvottiyur service centre. But they was not receive my mobile for service. They said reason is "my purchase invoice is not valid for service. But amazon gave me same slip what i showed. Please check and resolve my request asap.

I am using coolpad note 5 since last 1 year with android version 6.1. Since last 23 months i am receiving this message very frequently on my scree "cool manager stopped" and after that my data service get slow down or stopped. Then i need to restart the phone again and again. Please give me a solution for this. I am using 3g data service and its getting stopped.

Sir i purchase a new mob hand set from amazon.in cool pad mob. But this is not working proper i have loss my importent datas for this resson again same problom is creat in mob. I have given my Hand set on 14th April 2018 having issue with mic and software working. During submission the service center promised me to deliver the repaired product within 10 days. Despite my several attempt of contact with service center and with customer care of coolpad India, i am only able to get response of customer service that my phone being with courier service (though the customer service person has not given me any tracking id even after asking for it several time). Now, it been more than 25 days and i am still waiting for the delivery of the phone.
