I have on purchasing coolpad cool1 mobile phone from amazon.com online shopping
Dt 4 april 2018. Invoice no. Qnec-58.

Mobile once re start or turn off and again on error msg will coming (Optimising apps 1 of 1.) after it will be taking normal screen on 20 minutes minimum.
So please kindly i requests you, please replace new mobile are please refund amount i will looking coolpad another model. I have unsatisfied in this mobile working...

Dear M/s Coolpad Customer care center,

I have bought Coolpad Dazen 1 4G (Invoice No.S97722/15-16/33943, IMEI no.[protected], which has gone Dead on dtd 14.06 2016 within warranty period.
I have submitted my phone to the authorised service center dtd 14.06.2016 (M/s Sachi Computers, Challan no.1527), they have promised that the repair will be done within two weeks’ time.
I have inquired for phone repair several times to the customercare and service center both, but till date my has not been repaired nor handed over to me.
It has been a long time, I have waited to get this issue resolved, this is my last attempt for an appropriate solution. If I don’t get a proper solution, I will knocked the door of consumer court.

I was using my mobile watching some videos the battery was low so i connected it to the charging then immediately my mobile gets switched off and when i switched it on the home bottom was not working and shortcuts of control centre was also not opening notification bar is also not showing notifications. So kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

The coolpad cool 1 dual c103 is the latest phone by the coolpad after joining the hands with leeco (Letv). Been using the handset for 5 months now, but off late has been facing following issues:

The handset starts heating at regular interval.
It has a poor battery backup.
There are occasional software glitches and handset hangs at regular interval.
Audio quality is average.
Low screen brightness and poor viewing angles.
Takes a hell time to start

Mere mobile ki varanty 22.01.2018 tak thi aur mere mobile ka fingerprint sensor kharab jo gya tha jise mai 17.01.2018 ko hapur city ke cool pad service center par sahi karne k liye diya to company par karyarat karmi umesh ne bataya ki abhi company se part nhi aaya h jab part aa jayega to sahi kar denge. 45 din bad jab mai service center par gya to umesh ne bataya ki abhi part aaya nhi h, abhi aap apna mobile phone le jakar chalao part aate hi mai aapko call/massage karke bula lunga. Lekin aaj 14.04.2018 ko jab
Mai hapur city (Up) ke service center gya to vaha karyarat karmi umesh ne bataya ki part to aaya tha aur company ko vapas chala gya ab aapke mobile phone ki varanty bhi khatma ho gyi h.
Service center jo hapur me usme jo log karya kar rhe h ve log customer se sahi se bat bhi nhi karte h.
Jabki mere pas na to call aayi aur na hi massage aaya.
Aapse nivedan h ki mere mobile phone ke part ko sahi karake ki kripa kare.

Last one month i have submitted handset at service center in vashi. Navi mumbai
There is no update and report from service center. Very bad experience. One month for service or repair issue. Today mobile buz compitiion. How customer trust on the cool pad. If i m not getting handset before saturday. Going to lodge complent in thane consumer court.
Expecting prompt reply with solution.

The mobile coolpad 2.5d mega released a software update and i installed it. Since then the advertisements are popping too much. If you wantedly sold your software for advertisements then as soon as possible remove the adware and release a new update. If not your quality would degrade and surely people won't show interest to buy them further and even suggest friends not to buy a new coolpad mobile. So rectify it as soon as possible.

I purchased coolpad note 5 from amazon... I had a problem of heating nd lcd lines so i gave my phone for service near chrompet.. On 20 dec 2017.. But still i didn't receive my phone... Whenever i enquire them they are asking to wait for one week...4months has happened... But still there is no proper solution... When will i get my phone or refund my cash back... Will the company return my phone or not... I'm so much dippressed... Mentally disturb due to this... Shall i take any action against your company.. Worst company nd service... Fraudulent company... Plzzz frnds don't buy any of the phone from coolpad.. It's fraudulent company...

Sir, i purchased the "coolpad note 3 plus" mobile in august 2016. On 8th march 2018 i submitted my mobile to the service centre at 195, barasat road, nonachandanpukur, kolkata - 122 (Contact no. [protected], [protected]) for replacing the battery as it was swollen up and also could not hold the charge. The set had no other problem. After 7 days, the service centre had informed that the set was not responding after replacing tge battery, possibly it had mother board problem. How it had happened i dont know because my set was running absolutly ok. As a result i asked the set to get returned, whatever be the condition of it. Surprisingly, it was informed me from the service centre that i could get it back lf i pay rs. 1200/- i. E. The price of the battery. But why? I submitted the mobile which was running absolutly ok. Only it had battery problem. I submitted it in alive condition, wanted to get it back in dead condition. Still i have to pay in full i. E. The battery price? What type of rule it is?
I ear estly request you to look into the matter and do the needful so that i can get proper justice.

My phone's speaker us not working, i'm given my phone to service centre which is located in secunderabad opposite chermas, they issued me phone and they changed the total body.
My phone was good, they replaced the new parts with old parts, please sir help me.
I purchase these phone doing part time job. For buying these phone some times i worked till morning and attended to the college also.

Dear coolpad owner i'm facing a lot of problems with coolpad note 5.
Service centres are not responding correctly. They are taking too much time
For silly problems.
I'm lost my speaker after one month from purchased date. Service centres are asking more then 15 days.
I went service centre which is located in secunderabad, they installed new version
Due to these multiscreen in not working, i'm asked to him about this he replied that for these he w as my more 2 days

I bought coolpad 3505i few months ago. The day i bought till now i am having the issue on hearing. When i make call also i am not able to hear properly when i am getting calls also i am not able to hear properly. And the other issue is that i am not getting internet or network and finger print stopped working. And often it hangs i am very disappointed with this device.

My phone under in warranty only 5 month used.in my phone display and charging prblm when i reach your service center at jabalpur m. P. Which name is i t solution jabalpir m. P. They are say the will repair my phone under in 10- 15 days but but also completed 22 days... Now please help me i really need to my phone because my exams are coming and i have no any phone so please please i request hearthelly please solve my problem... Thank you... I bought your phone 8 months ago. Which model no. Is coolpad cool 1 c103.1 month ago some issue accused and it's touch not working properly, so i sent my mobile your service center but not satisfactionable service provide by your service center. When i call in customer care they answer roughly my imei no=[protected], i request to you something do in this metter. My exam arrived so i need my phone and i have no other phone..

Sir till date some mobile issue below
1. Not working properly
2. Battery backup issue
3. Sensor not proper
4. Network bar some time not see (Not showing - blank)

Dear sir, i bought my coolpad note3 plus from amazon on 25nov, 2016. It just work for one year difficultly. One day it suddenly stop from working and i give this to repair and i was astonished when i come to know that its ic chip was already defected. I know that my phone is out of warranty date but still its my responsibility to inform you. I hope you will definitely go through this issue.

My device a coolpad note 3 lite has not received a single update since the past many months and now i am facing many issues like google service errors because of which i am not able to access sign into my account not even play store. The mobile displays many errors messages like certain apps not responding multiple times and heating issues hve increased too.
I hope you look into this matter and release an update soon.

This is effie i had purchased a coolpad note 5 on 22/11/2017 from amazon. Which i didn't used for 10 days. And it was giving me problem. I gave it to the coolpad service center and it was there for 3 months. Now the service center has given a letter saying the parts are not available. I need a refund. Check the attachment.

Above said phone has given to the service centre to rectify the battery defect on 5 april to real value it services, first floor, smart centre, thrissur, kerala - 680 021 ([protected]@gmail.com, [protected]/ [protected]). Till now, i have not yet received any satisfactory response and when i contacted twice, i got quiet irresponsible reply and information from the service centre. Here i request to make necessary steps to rectify and repair the defect and return the phone with any delay.

After every minute it shows "unfortunately, cool manager has stopped"
Making important call, or doing any urgent work it just stops.
Infact i was trying to open data service in cool manager again a black screen appears and a message comes that "unfortunately, cool manager has stopped".
Means what should i do it's really ridiculous.
Its really not a cool manager
