Sir, i purchased the "coolpad note 3 plus" mobile in august 2016. On 8th march 2018 i submitted my mobile to the service centre at 195, barasat road, nonachandanpukur, kolkata - 122 (Contact no. [protected], [protected]) for replacing the battery as it was swollen up and also could not hold the charge. The set had no other problem. After 7 days, the service centre had informed that the set was not responding after replacing tge battery, possibly it had mother board problem. How it had happened i dont know because my set was running absolutly ok. As a result i asked the set to get returned, whatever be the condition of it. Surprisingly, it was informed me from the service centre that i could get it back lf i pay rs. 1200/- i. E. The price of the battery. But why? I submitted the mobile which was running absolutly ok. Only it had battery problem. I submitted it in alive condition, wanted to get it back in dead condition. Still i have to pay in full i. E. The battery price? What type of rule it is?
I ear estly request you to look into the matter and do the needful so that i can get proper justice.

Even we had called them many times and they keep on postponing it again and again.
