This virus getting reinstalled and showing ad and downloading unwanted apps... I hate this mob.. Is their any solution to remove this * virus

I can't use this mobile
I use Coolpad note 5 lite and I too faced the same problems, and surprisingly the malwares which I have In my mobile also have the same name as yours.
Print spooler, com.system.build.filze. etc. I tried to uninstall them but they get installed once again. I think these malwares are pre-installed by the company itself. I hate Coolpad and I ask all my friends not to buy this brand. It is so dissapointing that after so many days of your complaint the company has not responded to it.
I am too facing the same problem with my coolpad mega. The virus listing are same and get the ad pop ups while opening any app, it's very disappointing

    I had sent my phone for screen
    Problem solving. Now it is away from me for 3 months. If i brought samsung, apple, sony etc. Will get in less than 2 months. My device is coolpad cool play 6. I simply payed money i didn'n get it back. I need it back before march 11. If i didn't get it will move legally i had called you many times and requested many times. If i didn't get it back in march11 i will compaint to legal rights court, world technological developation council (Wtdc) etc.

      Hi,

      This is coolpad customer prasad virkar, i’m facing very worst service from coolpad support. I had battery and camera problem in my handset so i have submitted this to s g telecare pvt ltd, borivali, mumbai. They told me that they will fix this within maximum 10 day, now its 14 days passed still they told me that my handset part is not available & again it will take 10day to dispatch parts. So i’m facing lots of problem without my handset and got very bad experience with coolpad device.
      So, request you to allot me new coolpad note 5 i[censored] are unable to fix this for tomorrow, otherwise i will not accept that phone if you provide after an month. Look into this and take this on priority.
      And revert with your reply. And if i haven’t got any reply i will escalate this to consumer court.

        On 16.10.2017 i have bought a new coolpad cool 1 mobile from Amazon.
        but due to same charging problem i went to registered service centre of cool pad at kolkata near yogayog Bhavan on 08.01.2018 as per instruction of customer care service of cool pad . The service centre agent told me that the charging cable has dispute or damage so it will take some time to get new cable but it will take max to max 15 days but today 29.01.2018 till i could not get my charging cable they told me that they do not know when it will arrived in there centre. please do the needful.

          I am using coolpad play 6, and after using my phone i kept the phone in my pocket. Then i started playing cricket, after the game i took my phone out of my pocket what i saw was, my phone got curved slightly.
          Please register my complaint and resolve my problem as soon as possible. The phone is in warranty period.

            When i bought this phone they have delivered me the duplicate charger of my phone. First few weeks charging was good and fast but suddenly problem came for the charging. When I complaint to coolpad customer care they told me to go to coolpad care in your area to replace that.
            When i visit there they told me that this is duplicate charger as there is no such coolpad logo or sign on the charger, so they refused to replace it. And then when i talk to coolpad care they told me that its been a long days after purchasing the phone and company cannot do such things or such mistake. I don't know whether it happened intentionally or unintentionally but i am not telling the lie, you should not do such monkey business as it will not lead your company to go ahead and your reputation will also get down in the market after these kind of activities. At last i have had to buy the charger because i was not able to find any other way. I will wait for some back comments and your compensation or compassion on my loss. I am also fetching some photos regarding this as proof.

              I hd purchased cool pad note 5. It's have minor software issue from the date of purchase. But I hv ignored it. When issues become major then I hv visited sikander pur (gurgaon) service center before 3 days to expire of warranty. Firstly they hv wasted my 1 and half hourr for bill after that they hv taken my phone and give me phone in 15 minutes and told me that they hv updated my software issues. And they hv not given any receipt for for phone update and told me that I will not face any issues and if will face any issues v then I need to visit service center again and I need to pay charges because it will be out of warranty after 3 days.

              After returning from service centre same issue has been started. I hv called to their contact details but they not responded.

              On that day they hv given my phone after format. Because software updation need time and it's not updated in 15 minutes.

              If I need to format it then why I visit to service centre.I do it myself.

              I have send mail to cool pad customer care mail id but after 1 month still waiting for their reply.

              I'm facing problems due to their Negligence and I need to pay extra charges for repairing my phone.

              If they provide fine and working phone and on time services then I don't face this problem

              So please look into this matter and do the needful.

              Coolpad cool1 is an awesome beast..but the customer service is very very bad.. come on..its been ages since it received an update..It Seriously needs an good software update...Will it ever get a update to Nougat ?? Or will Indian version get JUI???
              I purchased CoolPad Cool1 before 1 month. Since last 10 days I am faing issues related to charging. Phone charges at a highly slow speed. It charges hardly 2-3% in one hour. I tried changing the cable but still there is problem means the problem is with battery.
              No working customer support centre in surat.
              Unable to pick the call, and if I try to lock the screen the existing call is getting disconnected. Whenever I dial in from Jio it says Call Ended and it disconnects immediately. I want either a good service or a complete refund of my money.

              This kind of problem from day1 I have already resetted my mobile but still the issue is persisting

                I purchased coolpad note 5 lite mobile from amazon when i call some one receiver unable to hear my voice.
                As name says lite phone is light and the manufacturers also taking the issue light. I browsed for it and the same issue facing so many people and they said same problem,
                As i think the mannufacturer should recall the mobiles and should pay compensation to the customer

                Charging cable not working properly then submitted in service center before one month back but not gain my cable they didn't respond to us.

                  Dear sir,
                  I am using coolpad note 5. When i am conecting my phone to my laptop of windows 10 through usb cable at notification bar it does not show for transfering files but it charges. I have also enabled usb debugging in developer option. It does not show the notification for transfering files. So sir please guide me so that i can transfer files. Sir it's urgent please help me.

                      I had purchased this phone on19th feb 2016 after 5 months i got the problem of mic. I contacted service centre with same problem for 7 times and they just gave me my cell as it is no change is there now there is also an battery issue it drain out quickly in less than 2 hours please either replace it or repare it. Its enough now phone also hangs a lot. I just want my mobile back or refund my money

                        I purchased this product from amazon on 24 jun 17. Performance of product is not at all satifactory, any how i accepted the product.
                        It's battery did not support since beggining but some how i compromised & did not complain. But now the battery is lasting only for 1 to 2 hours after full recharge which is quit disturbing. Using the product has become totally a headache. No more this mobile can be accepted with such a huge warranty issue.
                        Touch screen also needs tapping several times to key in.
                        Kindly register a total warranty failure for item brought against amazon order no.[protected] dated 24 jun 17.

                        There seems to be an attempt to sell a flop product thru amazon. kindly replace immediately to avoid further hassles which may give bad name to your company and create much more waste than the cost of this stupid product for your company.

                        Believe to get resolve my tensions earliest, if extended the cost will have to be paid by your company. I have no time to waste on such issues.

                        Please do not try to argue, successful product against this flop product if with genuine cost offered may be accepted after due satisfaction.

                            What is this?

                            Is my mobile phone data going to be stole.??

                            And one notification come everytime about harmful application. That is "cool show" application. I disabled it everytime..

                            I am using coolpad note 3...

                            Please focus on my complain and do something as soon as possible..

                            It is very important to know what happen is going on in my mobile phone..

                            After all it is security issue for me and my nation...

Out of 6 month warrenty 4 month in service centre... Worst customer care service.. I need my phone... Dont repair from ur end.. I will repair from my side. Already 4months gone

                              This is to inform you that on dated 28/10/2017 i have handover my coolpad mobile (Imei -[protected] & [protected]) to m/s daya it solutions for some problem in fingerprint sensor since than continuously i am communicating with said authorized service centre & customer care every time i get ensure for next week. I am unable to understand appropriate date of next week.
                              Ultimately i came in your jurisdiction to get justice for said negligence for a product. Hope to get positive response

                                  Dear sir i have been giving my mobile for repairing from last two month but till now problem is not resolved still then my mobile is with the service center only and also i am the warranty customer neither, they are replying anything as when i do contact the service center customer they senior supervisor sasang patel he is also not ready to talk with me and when i do contact him many times, he is disconnected my call also as sir i cannot able to understand why they are letting the warranty customer to suffer so much instead they should do my work on warranty and priority basis, but they are not doing so and when i put an email to the customer support department they are not replying, they are letting me to suffer alot

                                  And also my job sheet nois-RGJOBHYD/[protected] ànd the status is showing that the mobile is ready for delivery on 23 of October only and till now problem is not resolved I do contact both the service center and also customer support but no body is taking against it and when I contact the service center they are telling me that the work has been kept on hold by the Coolpad India Pvt limited at the staring onward from 23 of October 2017 but when I approach the customer support also they are some time telling that u mobile is ready for delivery but actually my mobile is not ready also and this problem I am suffering from last two months and still my mobile is with service center only and when I contact service center, senior sasang Patel he is telling ur problem is forwarded to higher authorities, but from last two months I am not getting reply from anything as even I am warranty customer, kindly look into it and do the needful sir as Soon as possible

                                    I buy one new coolpad cool 1 32gp 4gp variant in 19.12.2017 via tata cliq. This phones main features was long battery life i know. But now (With in one week) my phone battery backup is very too low.. What can i do... For example all compare to other same device its very poor battery performance..

                                      I have purchase coop play 6 through amazon in oct 2017. I used the same hardly 15 days in which 2 time mother board complaint face by me ist it's mother board changed on 23 dec and again the same problem arise on 25 dec and submit mobile to service centre at laxmi nagar, new delhi. I used mobile more than 13 years but this time experience is very bad. Request replace my handset to new one please.

                                      i bought coolpad note 5 (Coolpad 3600I) last year still my phone voice call problem in last 4 month... Borivili Service Center was told me last 4 month Update software not coming. I M Fade up with this phone. Plz tell me how much time u will take to solve this problem. U r not solve problem I m going to consumer court. And tell media also to ur company not given me proper solution. Last time I am giving my phone to sevice centre but he was not solve my problem and complaint resolve in 21 days. I am working in Mid-day Infomedia Ltd. (Newspaper). So please give me a proper reply.

                                        I have giiven coolpad note 5 to repair for not showing fingure print option in 4 November 2017 but still waiting they have no response, i called many time within 2 month but only one reply plz wait one week, still he is not respond and not given any deadline to return my mobile. and JOB no is RGJOBPAP/[protected], DATED[protected] and its still pending and all time he respond me plz wait 1 week.

                                        still waiting but no response in company side. also called him but same reply. plz wait 1-2 week. and I am also purchase new Phone so please return my mobile cast and also return my new Phone cast which is purchase according this issue for not repair my Phone timely.
                                        I gived my charger to repair but the customer care didn't give e back and not answering the call it take about 2 months
