Coolpad India — coolpad mega 2.5d charge issue not solved

, i purchased a coolpad mega 2.5 d from amazon.in after using 3 month i got a problem of no charging and also the battery discharging very quickly that is draining very quickly when i lodge a complaint to the service centre of the coolpad they told me that it is a motherboard problem and it will take a something 15 to 20 days to resolve it and they took my phone and this give me a letter that of the phone will be resolved within 1515 days and it will you back to you so after waiting so much time when i call them back they told me that the phone is not yet came from the service at the main company which were the phone is sent already sent and now they are not responding to my calls and i don't know what to do please solve the problem that is coolpad mega 2.5 d phone which already having a lots of problem with it i don't know why coolpad is doing with all these are already was that there is a 225 complaints and not single one is resolved now i don't know why coolpad is doing so it is a good brand name in indian sister indian market but if it is doing continuously like this it will surely going to lose his goodwill in the market i don't want to point out any brand name but please resolve customer complaint because it is a part of your duty to install the after sale services and also to provide after sale services to the customer i don't know but yeah this is the thing which i am getting very confused and the problem is that i am getting very worried about because we are the consumer we have the power and we also pay for the what we are expecting from the company please resolve all the problems and please give all the products which have you are having and you didn't dissolving it please resolve the company i don't know well actually i think the companies in china but it is not of how concerned you are a company you are a business you have to do the work for gaining the benefits and also because the customers are paying you you have to provide them the service as simple as that so please coolpad don't give your customers because if they get frustrated you have to stop your company ap as simple as that it is not i will give me tomorrow whatever you say but please resolve all the complaint i am saying from everyone's plus prospective ok so please please please resolve all the complaint and get their product back to them who are their owners it's a big request or you don't know what indians can do or you can also say them customer thank you

as I know I already complaint I already lodge a complaint against my product which is I already purchased from amazon.in as I know that was Coolpad Mega 2.5 D and after the problem I thought of that knows no charging and also with a problem of for draining battery very fast they told me that they come to the phone will be sent to the company for it was already complaint lodged I already lost complaint but then after lodging a complaint in the service centre I got a service job stick it is consist of the job sheet number which is a JS[protected] and also the service centre is Krishna electronicsso it is already today today's crossed I don't know but why they are doing this electronics Krishna electronics is continuously saying that it will be back and the crow charging problem will be solved please Coolpad focus on these if you are not sending the parts of the phone then we are the customers we can do anything you want if we are frustrated it will be very bad for you and your company because a single customer can do anything it is the customer can go to consumer forum and your big company you can a cheetah I can show you my bill I am sending the although I am sending you all the job site office copy which is you are saying that Indus office copy I am sending you right now if someone is there a genuine guy a genuine person in the or a manager in Coolpad please see this and resolve a problem we are requesting you very calmly

simple as that if Coolpad you cannot send me the parts of my product which is Coolpad Mega 2.5 D awesome please send me a new phone from amazon.in you are having all the details I am send it on the job sheet number with my EMI number you can have that my phone and please send me a new phone if possible if not possible please resolve my phone and get me back that because it is having lots of information in that so please it is when the phone is very necessary for me or for everyone who are using their phones and I am also using my phone simple as that please
