Coolpad India — coolpad note 5 call drop issue. issue resolved even after servicing | |||
Phone sill in warranty is facing the said issue. Submitted to the service center and received after 1 month. But the issue of call drop is unresolved. Now the service center is asking me to resubmit the phone. Coolpad customer service is not answering the email or phone. Taken up the issue with amazon but they are negligent towards the same. i have brought cool pad note 5 lite 3 months back but it seems there was a problem with mike so i went to your service center (shree Service tech Vashi Navi Mumbai) on 20/07/17 but till now they didn't repair my phone .
