Coolwinks — amount (rs 266) deducted through phonepe from my account but coolwinks saying that they didn't get the payment.

While purchasing sunglass from coolwinks the amount of rs 266 deducted from my account, but coolwinks saying that they didn't get the payment.
I done the payment through phonepe upi.
I also talked with phonepe. They confirmed that amount successfully credited to the merchant.
I lost my rs 266. Kindly, help to refund my money.
