Coolwinks — for refund of my order | |||||
Hi, My registered number is: [protected] I have a concern regarding the refund I received. I received a message after doing payment from your side that: "OopsPayment Failed.But don't worry. Let's give it another try." So I made payment twice and you received the same order twice. I was able to call you the next day only and when I called you back, one of your executives cancelled the 2nd order i.e. (the first one for which you had sent 1500 cashback to phonepe). This was happened before the product was dispatched. I didn't find it reflected and I was able to see ₹516 only in my phonepe account. I contacted 3-4 times during the time span of 10 days and the customer care executive said please wait for 10 days you will surely receive the amount in phonepe. Sometimes it takes time. I have received ₹516 only and I request you to give my money back. Also the cancellation policy of your site says: Eyeglasses a) Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call Coolwinks customer care at[protected] or send an email to [protected]@coolwinks.com to request for cancellation.b) Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from Coolwinks warehouse. Post-dispatch no cancellation is allowed. under Coolwinks.com Cancellation Policy I want my cashback of ₹1500 in phonepe.
