Coolwinks — they are denying money back and also denying return | |||||
I've ordered products worth 1520 from coolwinks and paid through google pay and it showed 100% money back is applicable for me. After receiving the product i contacted costumer service and asked them whether i'm eligible for money back offer, they simply said i'll receive money back post 14 days of the delivery if im eligible but didn't said whether am i eligible or not and disconnected the call, i've tried calling but i couldn't reach them as lines were busy Again ive contacted them after 16 days post delivery and they said that i'm not eligible for money back as i've applied some coupon but why on earth does it show 100% money back while paying and i even requested to return the product for refund they denied it saying refund policy ends in 14 days post delivery then i got there fraud trick which is they make you wait with out information of your eligibility untill the end of return policy and they deny when showing return policy when u come to know you are not eligible.. A well planned fraud.. Costumer should be helped to know the eligibility but costumer service guys deny the information and when costumer got the information they should be allowed to return stuff or given the money back for the mistake or mis leading of costumer executives My order id : cw[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
