Corporation Bank — amount deducted from my account

Plese let me why the amount is deducted from account in corporation bank vile parle. No.[protected].
As i have recived alret massage for transfer which not done by me or family.

I want this amount to be credited to account & reason for the diduction of the same.

I have called to customer care no, but the call was transfered other department & disconnected without conclusion.
