[Resolved] Corporation Bank — Amazon Refund Not Reflected In My Account Yet. | |
I ordered a Product of RS 4000 on amazon on 29 September 2020 and I cancelled that Product on same Date. According to Amazon they initiated the Refund on the same date and the Refund Expected to be Reflected on my account number was 4 oct 2020 but Refund has not been reflected in my account yet. I contacted amazon customer service and they gave me REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER - 30005402740273112348873 and Said contact Bank With this RRN number. I went to the bank and gave them RRN number but they said i cant track this Transaction with this RRN number i need UTR number then i again contacted to Amazon Customer service then they said that Now contact Your Bank Customer Service with this Reference number Then I contacted Corporation Bank Customer Service. The Corporation Bank Customer Executive Said Give that Reference number to bank they will Add Your money to your account then I told him that Corporation bank staff said that they cant track with this RRN number then customer Executive said that go to bank and again call back any of our customer Executive will tell the bank staff to track with that RRN number. I Again went to bank to and told everything to staff then staff said meet with bank manager. bank manager said write an application and give to bank staff. I gave an application but still no result.
