I had ordered some items from amazon of rupees 5336 and amount paid through online, from my corporation bank account on 29 09 2019. But mistakely i made order one same item twice of rupees 349. I found the mistake, the same day i cancelled both the order. Amazon inform me refund will be credited within 2 or 3 days. 4 days after i contact amazon they said that refund initiated on 30th september and gave me the refund reference number (2750 21) and also told me to contact the customer care of corporation bank. I contacted the corp customer care they told me that they have no idea about the refund proceedings. Again i contact with the amazon they give me the same answer, also advise me to contact online complaint forum. Still i haven't received my refund. So i kindly request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

      I brought an phone from amazon india (Oneplus 7) and cancelled it when i changed my mind before delivery, the order was prepaid so it was to be credited back to my corporation account the within 2-3 days, the original order was placed on 28th of september and today is 12th october, no amount is reflected in my bank account still. The bank managers and people at the local branch were no help at all too. Please see to it that it is refunded, the refund was processed by amazon

        Today 9/10/2019 wednesday. Last three days goverment holiday for banks. Every month 7th in have to pay 3629 for my vehicle loan. And i can't pay exact 7th on this month because of these goverment holidays and in udumalpet branch don't have deposit machine. And today i deposited 4700₹ on 10.07am today. And they take amount for cheque return. And this is second time to happens me.

          I had ordered item from amazon of rs.838 and paid by using upi from corporation bank account on 29/09/2019. Later i cancelled the order and iam supposed to get the refund in my account in 2-4 days. I still havent recieved my refund. I contacted amazon and they said refund was initiated on 29th and they gave me the refund reference number #[protected]. I have attactched the e-mail that is sent to me saying the refund is initiated. Please help we with this issue as soon as possible.

          I had ordered item from amazon of Rs. 5799 and paid by using Ru-pay card from corporation bank account on 01/10/2019. Order cancelled by some reasons.the order refund supposed to get back in my account in 2-4 days. I have received 100 rupees extra charge, but remaining 5699 still haven't received. I contacted amazon and they said refund was initiated on 3rd Oct and they gave me the refund reference number.Please help we with this issue as soon as possible.

              To Regional Officer Corporation Bank
              I Shailendra Kumar Pandey and my wife Vimla Pandey have an account in your bank and my wife also have a fdr. I have taken a loan against fdr.Whose money without my information was cut from my wife's account.I enquired about this in your branch from the woman who was sitting beside the cash counter but she was not able to tell the reason behind this and when i asked again she got angry without any reason and when i went to the branch manager to complaint against her she started abusing me calling me mad.At that time my wife was sitting there only and heard everything.Behaviour of your staff is very bad towards it's customer and i would like you to look in the matter as soon as possible.I also complaint to the branch manager but he didn't do anything.I would like you to do full justice with me.

                My account is in corporation bank and i wanted to withdraw cash 3000 rupees only on 25 sep 2019 at 10:25 a. M. So i went to axis bank atm near by chacha chowk (Parvatiya colony nit faridabad). When i enter atm pin and suppose to get money atm was switched off.                     My ATM card was deactivated about eight months ago and I went many times in branch KABIR NAGAR DELHI in this regard. But either staff was missing or there was a big crowd. As I am not taking the facility of ATM card so I should not be charged for this.

                      Today morning (10:30am) i have submitted all rtgs/neft details in the nanded corporation bank but till time (9:20pm) not done yet.
                      I don't know what happened in the bank and what is the corporation bank procedure are changes to do rtgs/neft submit today and done by tomorrow it's self

                            Amazon given reference number #[protected]. This number generated on 13.08.2019.
                            Now on 15.09.2019 writing here, contacted too many times with amazon customer service and bank executive.
                            Got a mail from bank that no transaction pending on the same reference number. And amazon customer service representative adviced to raise a complain against bank so that they can help and amount will credit in my account.
                            Amazon account is operated by my mother nikhat parveen and amount paid from my account sumaiya sajid holding account in corporation bank.

                                  On sep 2 2019 I transferred amount by net banking from my corp account to another acount, I got message that my amount is debited but not credited to another account.Bank officials told to wait for 24 hrs but till now amount is not credited I, 'm in need of money now.Need immediate solution for this problem.

                                        I had done a transaction on the last day of August and it got failed and the machine was not working after that but still my amount was debited and on complaining to the customer care he told me to wait and my amount would be credited to my account within 24 hours and now upon trying to customer service they are not picking up the phone and sometimes the line went busy.
