Corporation Bank — HDFC Payzapp reversal amount not credited in my account

Dear sir,
My account number is: [protected] account maintained in tirupur branch. My name is : viswanathan. The problem is on 27/04/2017 i do a transaction with bookmyshow through my payzapp with my corporation bank debit card but the transaction was failure. So the payzapp gave auto reversal to my account. But the reversal amount 615.00 rupees was not credited in my bank account till now.

For the payzapp successful transaction they give reference number to me.

The reference number is:[protected].

So please check the problem and solve to me.
