Corporation Bank — Meesho Refund amount not credited to bank account

I was ordered the product in meesho and glowroad. And returned product due to quality issues. Meesho and glowroad returned my amount via razorpay. Meesho refund 838 initiated at Oct 11 and glowroad refund 399 initiated at Oct 18. But still I have not credited amount to my corporation bank account.
