My customer ID is [protected] IFSC Code CORP0000639 My savings bank account is debited Rs.2822.78 on 27/03/2019 for IRCTC online ticket booking. the Ticket was not issued and the amount refunded by IRCTC. But, the same is not yet credited back till date. I have received the following details from IRCTC Customer care. But to me it only shows that they were there before When the bank calls customer care they say there is no problem but I have not received my money While calling Amazon Customer Care, they emailed a reference ID number to my mail They will salvage your problem No refund due before arrival Check the balance of my bank and tell me it can be communicated by mail or message please
