      My membership ID CCCH270MPCLUB5LB60370 and I have paid full payment for Millionaire premium club (blue) pack 06 March 2020 but still I haven't received any membership card, kit. And also my account is not activated in online till now. I request you to raise and take action on this in next few days.

          Country Club Team,

          As expected there's no response from you on mail.

          Anyways, few Promises at the time of taking the membership..

          1) Life time free mebership by paying the AMC of 4000 + applicable GST. Here 4000 will be fixed for lifetime.
          2) this membership is free for me+wife+2Kids will all club amenities.
          3) Get the GOLD membership with (Domestic+International) Holiday package every year, this is for country vacations. There are many more promises under Gold membership, which supposed to be in policy, but I don't received that at all.
          4) Here you will get plot 150 sq Yard free with this membership. But as it is land need to register so seperate receipt will generate.NO need to pay extra.
          5) All other facilities will have flat 40% off on food within facilities and travel tickets for entire family.
          All I need to do is, call country vacations and book one week-10day's in advance.
          --there are many other things, presently not able to recollect.

          You guys have done great fraud work, by clapping in front of everyone and by your sweet lies.

          Everything is waste now. Stop sending/asking emails for AMC pay, because as I've mentioned in my previous mail, I'm not going to pay you anything anymore and cancel my membership with immediate effect, and stop harassing me.

            This complaint is in continuation of my previous mail 20 June 2018 and your reply dated 20 June 2018 and 4 July 2018 in which you mentioned that my query 9BKQXN as completed on 4 July 2018. In this context, I wish to request to you that despite giving full payment by me, I have not received any membership card till date in my & my family members name of me by which I may avail facilities during holidays as per your scheme.
            In the mean time I received few calls from your office that I have to pay extra Rs. 4000/- in order to avail company’s facilities during vacation, which you have pointed out as a balance amount in your account statement dated 12 feb 2018.
            I asked reason for further payment, because I had already paid full amount as demanded by your company’s representatives. I have made payment in form of 12 Post Dated Cheques of Rs. 5, 000/- each i.e. Rs. 60, 000/-, Rs. 21, 000/- by transfer through my debit card (receipt no.[protected] and Rs. 4, 000/- as cash as per our discussion with Mr. Yogendra (company’s representative). Could I not pay him Rs. 4, 000/-, when I paid him such a handsome amount, Sir? After this, I told them to cancel my membership and return my money to me, as company is not fulfilling its promise. But they told me that company will not return my money. Sir, I tried to call Mr. Yogendra several times, but since then Mr. Yogendra’s mobile no. [protected] has been ‘off’ continuously. Sir, this was very disappointing and uncomfortable situation for me. I opted for your company’s scheme, as it is a renowned company. But it is very saddened state that I will never ever recommend this company to others. Sir, I felt cheated in this situation.
            One more thing I want to add that your company’s representative Mr. yogendra promised us that this scheme would be implied immediately after getting I-card. And I-card would be delivered within 3 days. But it is not delivered till date. Therefore, we couldn’t avail facilities during vacation under this scheme. He also said that there will be one complementary vacation. He said that you may avail facilities under this scheme during vacation upto five years in split form also and it will be extended for two more years i.e. 7 years. All the promises of your company have gone in vain.
            Now you are requested to cancel my above membership and return my money with interest. Kindly look into the matter and do needful as required. I am looking forward for your prompt and favorable reply.

              My self Hardhyan, i got country club membership in 2011 at pune, they made all false promise, they told there will not be any maintenance charges and pay maintenance only if you stay at property .

              I visited once to their property in GOA in 2011 and felt cheated and decided to cancel membership its not worth . After repeated calls and complaints to customer care, they didn't canceled my membership and offered me option to sell holidays to other people, which i denied and request to refund money and cancel membership immediately . Even their call center executives are harsh and not even sharing the details of removing my membership and refund but sending maintenance bill.
              I didn't used their facility till date . Now I got annual maintenance charges of INR. 63155 .
              Please help me on this issue and remove maintenance charges and cancel my membership immediately.

              Please help me and sort out issue ASAP.

                Plot for sale in Country Club Vedic SPA

                Country club cheated its members. am one of them. applied for plot in Tumkur, whereas they registered at pandiparthy village with development promises, but failed to do considerable developments. its almost 15 yrs and no development. cheated customers grossly...

                Would like to sell the plot, but it has no value and landmarks as enquired with local realestate guys. seems no clues of plots in the venture. If any one interested...

                  Lost membership amount with fake promises

                  My name is ajay kumar and got cheated with country club begumpet hyderabad. They offered all the fake promises and trapped me and done a transaction through my credit card rs.1, 20, 000 in 2016.

                  Even i informed them as not interested further and requested 100times for refund and now they are harassing to pay maintenance saying due every month. I am too repeatedly informing as i never used any facilities in club....

                  I've taken membership from Country club couple of years back. But based on a personal visit to one of the properties, (just a walk in, no rooms booked) I wanted to cancel the membership. but no-one responding on the cancellation, but now the AMC dues are only accumulating. Getting harassed with thier emails and phone calls almost every now and then.

                      Dear sir,
                      This is for your kind information that i was supposed to pay rs 15178/- to country club for membership charges but by mistake an amount of rs 150178/- was transferred from my credit card on 14.08.20, i emailed this to your kolkata office and central customer care for reversing the above amount to my credit card account as it has exceeded my credit limit and heavy penalty has been imposed on me by hdfc bank. I got a email from your cental customer care on 01.09.20 and they said that my problem will be solved at the earliest, but till date no response had been made from your end. I request you to solve my problem immidiately so that the amount is reversed to my credit card account.

                          I, undersigned miss. Dipika sameer korday. Dear country club you have lost respect in most of your client's eyes. I'm now very very very very much tired of emailing to you again and again about the fact that we are no more your members. It's been 5 years now we had stopped using the country club. And if you bring new staff every year then keep your system updated so we won't get your automated emails and calls as well.
                          Stop these officially fraud emails from your side saying that amcs are pending in thousands or lacs.
                          In the year 2012 your marketing team had done a great fraud with many families. Especially a lady named sushmita podder who not just did fraud with us but when we paid 70 thousand after that we realized that she did fraud with many families coming to the country club. Some politically sound clients have already made a famous web page showing the frauds done by country club and not paying back the fraud money to their clients. This lady sushmita podder didn't add our family members when we paid 70 thousand as membership money rather she added some unknown people in our family list. And that's why our families could not use the country club. So, our 70 thousand which is a big amount were blown off, it was big loss. On that, i got more aggravatedly angry on this lady as more secrets started unfolding to us that on 70 thousand she had taken unofficially 10 thousand later extra for some services and not just from me but many families that year 2012 and she ran away from maharashtra state and few police complaints and sources told us that she had gone to west bengal or orrisa somewhere to her homeland by fraudulently taking money from most of the families. The second shock was that i was an unmarried college-going 17-year-old girl that time and hardly had touched maybe the age of 18 years old and she had shown me married to an unknown guy in the documents and the funny part was that she showed my own surname as i was a primary member and replaced surname of that unknown boy and few unknown people in my list with my surname! If you have my documents then - "you the new staff" can go back in history and check the documents! This is biggest fraud any person can do in their life time and you as the country club should take the responsibility of the people whom your hire for doing your work. How can some just under your name do such big monetary fraud with you and your clients?
                          After knowing all this we asked the country club to find this lady and give us back our money since we won't be using the country club after knowing this big-time fraud with us. But the country club did nothing. Not a single move. So we left country club for good and even emailed or gave letter saying that we are stopping the services as nothing is useful for us here and even we didn't get any services this sushmita podder faked us or lured us by saying, everything she said was fake. And now it's been 5 years i'm still not married and living a happy life but still country club has not given back my 70 thousand and 10 thousand rs. Back rather country club is hiring new staff every year and they are calling us and emailing us all fraud charges of amc when it's been 5 years we have left the fraud lifestyle of fake country club.
                          So now stop emailing or calling us dipika korday and even uma iyer about the country club fake amc where our families have gone through same story and even some more unknown families of country club of year 2012.

                            I paid 80000 to country club on July 2018. I have taken membership for 6 nights and 7 days. After paying they told giving me a free package of 2 night and 3 days as a gift.
                            Informed me first i will get a call for 2 night 3 day, after i confirm will get another call same day for 6 night and 7 day.
                            After attending call for 2 night 3 day i didnt get second call and the membership got only for 2 night 3 days
                            I communicated with lot of emails and by speed post, without any favoured reply.
                            The marketing staff convinced me i need to pay AMC of 8000 again and utilize 2 night 3 day vacation, so he will activate 6 night 7 day for 25 years as early discussion.
                            I done same, paid AMC of 8000, total 88000. and utilize 2 night 3 day. Till now they not activated my original package of 6 night 7 days. and I loss my money.
                            Please advise how I can get refund i have the early mail communication with the marketing staff with details.

                                Request for refund of Membership amount for Rs.95,000/-

                                I am the member of Country Club vide Membership No.CVVZ2CLUB[protected] from estd. 2012 but I did not use my membership due to sudden epidemic problem i have been discharged my service. I worked at MNC organization but unfortunately resigned from my service on October 2013 and after that I am facing financial problem with my family.

                                So, Please help me so that I can survive my family from stringency...

                                amc charges which were not clearly mentioned

                                I'm solomon david with membership #cvhyd6club5lb204227. I'm very depressed and cheated by faculty of country club vacations. I was told that i should only pay the amc charges only when i take a vacation. But till now i haven't taken any vacation from country club from past 5 years and i haven't used any of its benefits till date.                                 I am a victim of Country Club Sector 18, Noida. (We paid Rs. 55000 amount via credit card on 17th February, 2014 and receipt# for the payment is:[protected] I have been cheated by them as they told me that they have tie up with SBI credit cards and they will convert my amount in 18 months EMI. But i confirm with SBI that they have not received any request from Merchant regarding 18 months EMI. I requested them to cancel the membership but they did not. After that i have called SBI to convert it into 18 months EMI which they told that they have 6, 12 and 24 months option. So I chose 24 months and now paid more than Rs. 15000 interest charges on it. The merchant is not listening to me and I have filed a case against them in consumer court. The card was not swiped in my presence.

                                I don't want to continue my membership with the Country Club and want my money refunded. I have been forced into this membership by offering loads of benefits which are false. They have not given time to read the agreement nor to consult by making the statement that this offer is valid for today only. (But i got to know that many people got this offer after that day also).

                                I have been told that I have to pay the membership amount in 18 Months EMI, which was not done and I confirmed it with the bank also. I have converted it in 24 Months EMI after consulting with the Country club Manager with Rs.15, 950/- interest charges and Rs.750/- processing fees. They have promised to pay the interest charges(by sending draft) but they don't and offer different offers against them.

                                At the time of membership they have not disclosed that the membership is non refundable.

                                I have paid approx. Rs.3000 every month from my earnings, I don't have any faith in their commitments and that's why I want to cancel my membership with Country Club India and get our hard earned money back.

                                1. They have not given time to read the agreement nor to consult by making the statement that this offer is valid for today only. But i got to know that many people got this offer after that day also.

                                2. I told them I can't pay Rs. 55, 000 so they told me that they will convert the membership amount in 18 months EMI as they have tie up with most of the banks. They told me that I will receive a message after it has been converted to EMI from the bank. But I have never received any message.

                                So I called up the bank and they told me that they have not received any request from the merchant to convert it into EMI (I have also seen in the merchant documents sent by bank as EMI option is not selected in it also).

                                3. After that I have called them so many times and visited their office also, then they told me that due to some problem we are not able to convert it into EMI, so you have to pay full amount or go with SBI EMI option as your own and we will pay the interest charges. I told them to cancel the membership but they said it is non refundable which was not told at the time of taking membership.(All the conversation and details I have sent earlier at the bank).

                                4. They are giving me different offers against the interest charges i.e. of Rs.15950/- :
                                Manager told to waive off first two years Annual Maintenance charges, but got a mail from customer support which was different i.e. waive off first year charges and some spa coupons (Coupons are useless and are also with me which they have given at the time of membership and the executive told that if you need more just come and take any time they are free). Now they are giving more coupons.

                                5. I told them that what is the benefit to you as you are giving 7500 (AMC waive off) + 15, 000 (Spa coupons already have) + 15, 000 (Coupons offered) i.e. 37, 500, it is better to cancel my membership and refund the money so that no one will suffer.

                                6. Customer support and Managers no one is helpful in resolving the problem. They are there to make fools of innocent people. I have also received a few calls from Delhi NCR that people are also victimized by the Country club.

                                Now they are regularly demanding the AMC amount Rs.45091

                                I am requesting the Court, kindly help me in getting my money back as I have been fighting against the country club since 2014.

                                taken Rs55000 membership for my family but from last 6 years i am still fighting with CCIL, instead of settlement in court or outside court they still demanding AMC of INR. 45091.
