My name is ajay kumar and got cheated with country club begumpet hyderabad. They offered all the fake promises and trapped me and done a transaction through my credit card rs.1, 20, 000 in 2016.

Even i informed them as not interested further and requested 100times for refund and now they are harassing to pay maintenance saying due every month. I am too repeatedly informing as i never used any facilities in club....

I've taken membership from Country club couple of years back. But based on a personal visit to one of the properties, (just a walk in, no rooms booked) I wanted to cancel the membership. but no-one responding on the cancellation, but now the AMC dues are only accumulating. Getting harassed with thier emails and phone calls almost every now and then.

This is for your kind information that i was supposed to pay rs 15178/- to country club for membership charges but by mistake an amount of rs 150178/- was transferred from my credit card on 14.08.20, i emailed this to your kolkata office and central customer care for reversing the above amount to my credit card account as it has exceeded my credit limit and heavy penalty has been imposed on me by hdfc bank. I paid 80000 to country club on July 2018. I have taken membership for 6 nights and 7 days. After paying they told giving me a free package of 2 night and 3 days as a gift.
Informed me first i will get a call for 2 night 3 day, after i confirm will get another call same day for 6 night and 7 day.
After attending call for 2 night 3 day i didnt get second call and the membership got only for 2 night 3 days

I was working in Kolkata Branch office from 2017 to 2019. But my Dues are still not released by the Kolkata Branch inspite of repeated verbal reminder to The TeleMarketing Manager; Mr Arijit Majhi. Yet I have not received any response.

Request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and arrange to settle my Dues at the earliest...

some one called and said i have to pay for 10 years i said what nonsense i have not been sent any intimation, they dropped
after few years some one again asked and i asked for a copy of the agreement

finally a few years back someone said they will giv the copy of the agreement signed by me and the club and on the promise i paid one time...

Received a call from ms jayanthi saying that there is a gift which we won on visiting gt mall, as an anniversary complement.

We have told jayanthi that if it is of any promotion, then we are not interested! She said it's definitely not a promotion, we had won crockery set, a trip for our family and "we are celebrating the anniversary!"

After reaching the place which she suggested, she made us wait for 30 mins...

Country Club is a fraud company which loots money with wrong claims. I attended a presentation by Country Club on 06.01.2019 wherein the country club representative sold us the membership(ID:CCDL65V30LB31001) by taking Rs.216000 (receipt available) by fooling us through false promises/wrong guidance on the spot. However, on further investigation I found that it is totally a loot game and nothing is true which is being promised by the representatives....

I had taken the membership unfortunately on 29th June 2019. The sales executive and one lady manager had convinced at Mahadevapura (Bangalore) CCD cafe in such a way that no one could lose the opportunity.

The Fact is that, there is no Club at Sarjapur road - Bangalore in operative mode. It is under demolish mode. This was not being told to me while taking the membership. I have taken the membership considering the location...

We have taken membership in country club vacations in bangalore, jaynagar branch on 16-feb-20, manager name was abdul sadiq, he cheated to us. He said we will check your credit card is working or not, but he deducted 75000/ rs at a time. We said we are not intrested to take this membership.
