Today, yet again i had faced the log in issue at the fitness center-snapfitness bannerghatta road, centre.

It was so embarrassing that, i was unable to scan from my device, which stated, the services are suspended from country club.

I do not understand as to why such poor services are rendered to the customers.

I do not understand the problem is due to country club or growfit, ultimately the services are suspended for no fault of the customer.
Now, i herewith request you to immediately sort the issue and restore scan related to the device.

Your action in this regard is highly appreciated.

    While taking the membership 15 years ago there was no mention of yearly amc.
    Some one called and said i have to pay for 10 years i said what nonsense i have not been sent any intimation, they dropped
    After few years some one again asked and i asked for a copy of the agreement

    Finally a few years back someone said they will giv the copy of the agreement signed by me and the club and on the promise i paid one time amc

    Till now i have not been given the agreement copy and since there was no mention at tthe time of taking agreement and as i have not used the club for more than 15 yrs i am not willing to pay the amc
    Pl provide me iwth the copy of the agreement signed by me and the club

    Also please note i paid around 16k that too in instalments while joining the club but now ur amc itself is more than 40 precent of the membership fee - that too without giving any service
    I dotn get any mails from the club except payment of amc

      I have taken life time membership from the above stated company in the year 2007. It has been 13 years, the company has failed to provide benefits as agreed by them vide their letter dated 04.09.2007 addressed to me. Vide that letter, i was being promised, the following privileges :
      1. 9 membership cards viz 6 for adults and 3 for children.
      2. Access to affiliated clubs and franchisee clubs and their country clubs all over india,
      3. Discount resort voucher
      4. Plot admeasuring 1089 sq. Ft. At bangalore project as complementary gift.
      To name a few.
      However till date nothing has been received from their end. Not even all cards have been provided to me.
      Kindly fulfill your promises and provide the benefits, failing which i will take action against you.

        I had become cool global parivar member of the country club and the membership no was given cgp223a
        On 30.06.2008. @ rs 175000/- (One lakh seventy-five thousand only) i had given all payment as required and demanded.
        (Vide receipt no ahm08-643/644/758/1088/1092&ahm09-198) total 175000/- in six installments

        I was entitled (In writing also) to get 2000 sq feet plot at kalod. After completing the total amount along with the membership benefit of cool global parvir for 30 years

        Further sorry to write until today 10.01.2020. (12 years has passed) i have not got plot of 2000 sq. Feet at kolad
        Mumbai pune road maharashtra nor any benefits of cool global parivar (E. G. Holiday events message or passes)

        I had trusted the club management and mr reddy that the everything would be honored
        So please let me know the status of my membership and plot

          Hi Sir/Madam,

          This is Parichaya Thakur and i want to sign the petition against Country Club who cheated us in 2013 when we paid 50k amount.

          Country club is fooling and cheating us since 2013. The situation happened to us during the time of my marriage when i got a call from an executive of Country club and due to curiosity I and my fiance went and later were cheated.

          I have already mentioned number of times over call to cancel my membership yet i am receiving maintenance charges and call. Since the membership was on my Wife name so now she is mentally harassed and she is receiving unwanted mail.

          We have informed them to cancel this membership since the moment we came to know that we were cheated when we planned to go to GOA trip.

          Below is my contact number to take this further and end their cheating era completely.

            Flight discounts were to be given which is never provided to us.

              As i said above country club members are cheating people and looting the people as to became member to their company they are responding till they get money after receiving money they will not respond at all and they given all wrong commitments about the vacations there is no proper customer care number to contact them kindly i request you take necessary action against them at least another middle class family should not get involved into this

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I have a grievance against Country Club of India, in short known as CCIL. My complaint in point wise form is as under;

              1. I became member of CCIL by paying Rs 60000/-(Rs sixty thousand only), asmillionaire premium club+5 years
              on 21st .sep.2019, and I was allotted the membership number CCBG16MPCLUB5LB1061 vide receipt No., through their sales representative Mr Praveen

              2.He given me commitment 1 European country 2 Aisan country vacation along with gauid and side seeing with private car and as well as all over india

              3.to book the trip i have called him he said to enjoy first complementary trip and now after 2 months i am calling him he is not responding and the services he said nothing is there
              there is no proper customer care number to speak

              4.spa services is not there in every branch and sarjapur branch as been closed confrimed by one of the country club staff

              5. we have given details to praveen about our north India trip he couldn't arrange it so he said he will give discount on AMC charges and even that also not happen

              10. They are not returning my money, but asking me to pay AMC charges to continue the services

              Now my request:
              They are not giving me proper service as they promised at the time of membership, I don’t want to become the member of CCIL, and as they have denied their promised, they should pay back my money. Please help me in getting my money back and I will be sincerely grateful to you, at least I will able to use that money for the bank personal loan clearance .                 I have membership since 11 years hardly used the club services.

                I was entitled a plot in kolad but instead they forced me to swap it for yearly maintenance fees till 2028.
                Also i was promised holidays which i never got. I have been emailin since years but no reply.
                I have emailed lalitha mam also and now callin customer care but no use. Also all the telephone numbers are not working of mumbai and also reservation departments. I haf visited the clud recently and asked a girl on desk to revert and still no reply. I want my holidays that are expired. And also want to sell membership if any1 interested

                  Inna a member of country club since 2013. My last booking of accommodation with club from 28th to 30th december 2019, at one hotels kumbhalgarh forest retreat was only second booking since 2013.
                  My general complaints are following_
                  1. First, it is rare that i was able to get accommodation. Being government officer i cannot book accommodation in 2-3 months advance.
                  2. Accommodation is always not available at good places in season.

                  My specific complaint for my last booking.-
                  - country club charged rsvp 3500/- per day for the second room i booked for my family member.
                  - at kumbhalgarh no choice was given for rooms.
                  - worst rooms were offered. They did not change the room even after request. Only one room was changed when they could not provide hot water and could not repair the toilet.
                  -not even breakfast was complimentary. The worst part was that every time we entered restaurant someone would come and tell us that whatever we eat would be chargeable.
                  - the hotel staff was very dirtily dressed up. Property was very poorly maintained.
                  Rooms were bad.
                  - we totally felt like second grade occupants who were not welcome at hotel.
                  If it was possible we would have loved to join any other club but country club. Overall a very bad experience.

                  I think my 1 lakh re. Membership was a waste.

                  I would love to talk if someone from country club cared to talk.

                  My membership number is BLGCS935. As GOLD CROWN PREMIUM SUPER Member, I paid Rs. 35, 000 /- on 18th October 2006. I reside in Mysore City. I was advised that my membership allows me and my wife to utilize the facilities offered in any of the clubs located in Bangalore, even though the executive Mr. Ahmed.S. who booked the membership at my residence in Mysore, advised me that I need to use their club only in Mysore.

                  In anticipation of my membership transfer to Mysore Club, I continued to remit annually the admin Charges Rs. 1, 800 /- plus taxes ( Rs. 2320/-) for 7years. I called up regularly to provide the transfer to their Club in Mysore, as at my age of 80 plus, I cannot travel/utilize facilities at any of their clubs in Bangalore. I got fed up and following up the previous calls I wrote to them first on 26th June 2010 seeking that my membership be treated as withdrawn/cancelled and the amounts I had paid to the club be refunded to me, as from the inception I had not even visited any of their clubs in Bangalore but paid annual prescription every year up to 2012/13.
                  I subsequently repeated my demand for returning to me the Membership fee of Rs. 35, 000 /-, but till date I only received reminders for annual subscriptions and that the amount cannot be refunded. Their latest reminder is
                  is dated December 27, 2019, asking that I should pay immediately arrears of Rs. 11, 832 /- as five years subscriptions. I consider that the Country Club, Bangalore's actions are unethical, unprofessional and I CONSIDER that this Club is totally fraudulent. It seems that I have to consider legal steps to make recoveries from the Club. Please respond earliest.

                    2. With this membership there was a of 2000sqft plot at kolad (Maharashtra)

                    3. I opted for the plot at kolad (Maharashtra) where reliance industries township is coming. Actually i had no interest in membership...

                    I have country club holiday membership CCMU235V5LB58293 of 5 years which I payed 65000. I haven't use any of my holiday package. It asks me for AMC fees. When I bought this membership executive did not mention about AMC charges and also he told that you do not need to pay anything extra. Now I can't book any of my holiday as it asks for AMC fees. His name is Rizwan and all these executives are completely fake, they just want to sell the membership.

                      They Have commited us to give plot in kolad and took 150000 rs in 2008 still no response and even we have not use any membership, seriously need to do some thing, and if anybody got the amount please guide us we want our money back
                      why indian government is not taking any action against them
                      We visit the office in pune they raised their hands saying that you want refund then you need to go to hyderabad after lot of discussion they provide me a concern person number but after certain time and days he is also not responding the calls,

                      how to get our money back if is there any loyar in this group who had won the cases please msg me i will definitely go for it because it has been a10 years now still we have not received any thing from them

                        We visited country club at korum mall 22nd december 2019 after receiving an invitation call from them and on their assurance to see the presentation and irrespective of yes or no collect the gift as appreciation for our time spent in korum mall.

                        I did inform them that we won't buy anything or become member of anything and the staff still said to visit with an open mind, listen to the presentation and collect the gift kept for us.

                        We were delayed by 10 mins due to traffic and holiday rush at the entrance gate of the mall. We did inform the staff about the delay.

                        Yet on reaching the male sales staff did not wish us but showed us the time on his watch indicating our delay. So much for welcome!

                        This guy had no courtesy. His tone and body language was so negative and arrogant as if we were wasting his time when it was actually us giving our precious time to him and patiently considering the offer.

                        We had to sit through one hour of conversation where we were grilled about our past holidays and judged on each of our response from not planning enough holidays to not having planned a single foreign holiday to staying at relatives place during travel (Like really?)

                        When i said i don't remember the resort names and the prices of the room of the past holidays but only the memories of the place... The lady staff said only super rich can say this and you should remember the details (Huh?)

                        Then she went on to say that buyers are liars and non buyers are bigger liars and before the actual presentation asked if it will be yes or no based on conversation till now.

                        When i said no as i still did not know exactly the details and how this fits my requirements, the conversation turned into an argument.

                        The staff did not give us the free gifts, did not thank us for the time. They actually walked into their cabins while we were still in the office.

                        We left feeling absolutely fooled and ill treated.

                        Slow clap for the customer service of country club sales staff at korum mall...

                        How can you aim for a long term customer relation when you can't have a decent one hour interaction with them?

                          I took a memship through ranvijay singh and paid by my credit card. I did recieve the id cards and other documents.in june he came asking for amc and i paid him for full term a sum of rs 36500.00 by credit card. However he has not deposited the amount there as yet. I am recieving harassing calls everyday for a m c which i have already paid.
                          Please look into the mattar otherwise i will be filing an fir against the club as well as your representative ranvijay singh.

                            I am balaram. I have paid rs. 75000 for 5 year membership in country club on 29th november 2019 at pune branch. The amount has been blocked from the credit card. Representative offered instand 6 nights 7 days holiday package apart from the 5 years plan and not even allow to read agreement properly. Now i am following up with customer care and the representative to cancel membership since the day taken, but no one is responding. After reading all the reviews and witnessing unreliable, non-stable promises clearly indicate a fradulent activity by country club.

                            I have emailed, discussed with the country club representative and contacted the customer care but decline to cancel the membership and nowadays they are not even responding in any means

                              It has been 5 years and 100-200 calls where i told them that i dont want to continue there membership and i still get calls for amc dues. It has been a great pain for me to attend these calls and say the same thing over and over again.

                              I don't understand why the keep following me even after 5 years. Is there no authority in india that can stop them. This not just me but i have seen many posts in this site itself and still i dont see any action on them.

                                I am Gaurang Modi Registered Advocate From bar council of Gujarat.
                                I've taken a membership of country club on Dt.[protected] . from surat office. My Membership Number is CVSU1MPCLUB5LB267311.

                                When we were taking membership it was told that from first day of taking membership we can avail country club facilities of two weeks stay in any hotel of India of country club for 5 members and also with local sightseens and pickup drop service for free.

                                We took one year membership and paid 10000 in cash. Which was full and final amount of the membership. So there are no EMI left.

                                Then, I Receive a call from Country club Main branch, then he ask me for EMI.
                                country club is asking to pay 70K which is completely unethical and completely against the commitments made by the country club.
                                also, I haven't receive my card yet.

                                If this continues i will not hesitate to pull country club in consumer court.

                                I Will also complaint to AIRDA (All India Resort Development Association)

                                I will also complaint to Ministry of Tourism, India

                                I will also complaint to The Commissioner of Police, Surat and Hyderabad City Police.

                                I will also pull country club in Civil court for recovery.

                                I will also pull country club in Criminal court for Fraud.

                                I will also pull country club in icrpc, india (International Consumer Rights Protection Council).

                                I have all the agreement, written commitments (with country club take over manager and executive's Hand writing), all call records and receipts.
                                So, Kindly Cancel my Membership, and give my refund as soon as possible..

                                  Club india jeddah branch made me pay around 45, 000 indian rupees. They sent me email id and password. When i tried to login, its saying invalid username or password. Also they are hypnotizing people and forcing customers to join by contacting them in big malls and providing lucky draw coupon. It seem all customers are lucky. After going to their office they are discussing about their offer and offering plot of land also along with the offer. If we say no then their manager comes and hypnotizes people and thus forces them to join. Very very very bad team

                                    Hi, I am Vaidehi vaidyanathan . We bought this country club membership in 2016 at Dubai . My membership number is CCDXB81CLUBD15L13190.

                                    We moved to India in 2017 Sept. After I came to India in June 2018 I paid the subscription for 5 years of Rs 35200, I have the receipt for it. Till now my profile is not updated and it still shows the due amount. Because of this i am not able to book my holidays online. Please help

                                    I contacted many times to customercare, sent mails, but of no use.
                                    I don't know what to do. I want to cancel it if i can get the refund.

                                      My husband has taken the membership on 7 dec 2019. And we have to cancel my membership. We are in cool off period still. No one is responding. The person who promised us mr. Sandeep raj from bangalore branch is not so responsive in this... So any one please help me in this. We have sent email to main branch, hyderabad. So please help us. It's like250000 amount. These people who are doing this will not live with peace. Because we are crying everyday with loss of our money. Which is very hard earned., not like you cheaters. I am including all the members it means includes the all. They can enjoy now, but in future will use these money for hospital only. I'm cursing you people. All basters... Beggers are much better than cheating others, remember.in disguise way you can trap a person only once in life time, that too through out life they will curse you. Don't be happy with today's money. God is there above all...
